SPECIAL REPAIR TO CERTAIN MD ACCN AT AF STN DADRI UNDER AOR OF GE (AF) FARIDABAD

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling or stone flooring including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and pavings not exc 15cm thickness below or above ground level etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured printed non skid tiles area of each tile exceeding exc 0.11 sqm but n.exc 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed with neat cement slurry pointed with colour cement to match the floor, and including 15 mm thick screed bed cement mortar in CM 1:4 and including the chipping of the existing PCC floor, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for first quality glazed ceramic coloured tiles of (300 x 450) x 7mm thick (Shade and colour as approved by GE) laid on vertical surface such as skirting, dadosand risers to steps etc laid over and incl 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1: 4, set and joint in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for granite (of any type) tiles 18-20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixure of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing types and incl 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 600mm x 600mm x 10mm thick coloured vetrified light shade tiles shade as approved flooring (in any pattern) and jointed with neat cement slurry over 15 mm thick cement screed in CM 1:6 and pointed with coloured cement matching with surfaces of tiles as in floor, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 600mm x 600mm x 10mm thick coloured vetrified light shade tiles shade as approved (in any pattern) in vertical surfaces as skirting and jointed with neat cement slurry over fixed to wall as skirting with 10 mm thik cement sand mortar in CM 1: 4 and pointed with coloured cement matching with surfaces of tiles as in floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone agg 40mm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing water proofing treament any nos of layers and of any description, incl demolition and taking off PCC padding/plaster on RCC slab, also including removing of bitument coating to show the concrete surface to its true colour and roughening etc and also removing the debris outside the MOD land, complete all as specified and directed.
