Manufacturing, Testing, Inspection, Supply and Delivery of Hot rolled non alloy U type / Z type Steel Sheet Pile conforming to EN 10248-1 & EN 10248-2 (both European Standards) with LARSSEN Interlock as per the Technical Specification mentioned below for the following Customized length including loading at Works / Godown , transportation upto Project site , all taxes & duties excluding GST , as applicable in connection with Irrigation Canal Project Site at Purba Bardhaman, W.B.- 713101.:- a. Minimum Mass per square meter should be 115 Kg. / m2 b. Minimum yield strength of the section should be 430 N / mm2 c. Minimum thickness (excluding tolerance) should not be less than 9.0mm. d. Mechanical properties of the Steel sheet piles shall be as per Table-2 of EN 10248 -1 corresponding TO Steel name S430GP & number 1.0523 (both as per EN – 10027), Classification Quality Steel (QS) as per EN 10020. Inspection and testing shall be generally be as per provisions of Clause : 8 of EN 10248 -1 , along with sub – clauses there under, subject to the following stipulations.:- i) Clause 8.1.2 (a) – Type of inspection and testing : “ Specific” (As per Clause No 3.10 of EN 10021). ii) Clause 8.1.2 (b) - Type of inspection document : “ Type 3.2 “(As per Clause No 4.2 of EN 10204). iii) Product analysis (i.e. chemical analysis) need not be carried out as a part of “ Specific inspection” . However , the Manufacturer’s /Mill Test certificate should contain the results of Cast Number wise chemical composition in percentage. [Note : The measurement of Sheet Pile shall be of the general plan area of the Sheet supplied in Sqm.]
