Demolition of Brick Work/ stone work / concrete block wall built in Cement Mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. of any descriptions, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry, type C-1 (1:3:6) (20 mm graded aggregate) with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on walls/ concrete/roof slab any description including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and applying 10 mm thick ready mix cement plaster on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surface including finishing the surface fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and applying 5 mm thick ready mix cement plaster on ceiling including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and applying 15 mm thick ready mix external sand faced cement plaster with neat cement rendering at all locations on masonry (except stone masonry) and concrete surfaces with and including water proofing compound complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for applying one coat of alkali resistant primer on plastered surfaces of ceiling over 1.5 mm thick wall care putty and applying two coat of oil bound distemper including preparation of new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489-2004 alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior emulsion paint of required shade (Company Depot tinted) with silicon addtitives @ 1.43 litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 Sqm etc on newly plastered surface of wall including preparation of surface complete all as specified.

M&L for applying one coat of alkali resistant primer on plastered surfaces of wall over 1.5 mm thick wall care putty and applying two coat of oil bound distemper including preparation of new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old surface of wall etc. brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down with steel scrapper, smoke, soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, oil and greasy spots etc. and making proper surface by applying ready mix putty wherever required and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as manufacturers instruction and as directed
