B/R PORTION M & L for repair to pot holes any depth, n.exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc., cutting around edges to atleast 25mm in depth and making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) applying a tack coat @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm putting in premixed bituminous macadam well rammed and sealed with binder @ 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm binded with 0.08 cum of stone chipping 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premix binder and sand depth of pot holes n.exc 30mm) all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG 10 of any penetration at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for premix Bituminous Macadam(BM) laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 50mm ) or using binder content 4% paving bitumen of any penetration laid/ rolled compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tonne roller complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for bituminous premixed carpet using paving bitumen VG-30, 25mm(consolidated thickness) thick with 0.34 cum of stone chipping mixed with binder @ 14.6 Kg/10 Sqm rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and compacted to required gradient and camber including premixed sand seal coat with 0.06 cum of sand mixed with 6.80 Kg of bitumen, applied and rolled to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25 cm and getting out in soft/ loose soil all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in post holes/ mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings etc, with end of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors ladders, framed balusters, walkways, railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth; not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F MS framed work such as fencing post including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PVC Coated GI Chain link fencing 3.5mm dia with 50mm x 50mm mesh including fixing of MS line wire/ rod, flat iron & machine made hexagonal or square head bolts to fencing posts complete all as specified and as directed. Note : MS rod, flat iron and MS bolts will be measured and paid separately as supplied only)

Supply only mild steel screw bolts n.exc 12mm dia machine made with hexagonal or square head at one end screwed the other or screwed both ends for fixing of chain link fencing all as specified and as directed.

Supply only TMT bars for support to chain link fencing complete all as specified and as directed conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) Quality A complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only MS Flat iron as in fillets for securing wire mesh including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work confirming to Fe-410 W (Gde E-250) quality A all as specified and as directed.

E/M PORTION S & F GI Octagonal poles of 7m height complete with base plate, bolts, nuts and screws for fixing on PCC foundation, bracket on the top of the pole with necessary accessories for fixing street light and providing necessary holes for cable entry all as specified and as directed.

M & L in replacement for 60W LED street light luminaire with housing made of pressure die cast powder coated, energy efficient LED, high efficiency, long life, voltage range 100V-300V AC 50 Hz, driver integral type, CRI 75, IP protection IP 66, Class I, Luminar efficiency > 100 lm/W, Life class of 50,000 burning hours, provided with individual surge suppressor 5 KV, Plotted driver for vibration usage, in luminaire the LED and driver should be of same make complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F street light junction box (225 x 295 x 122mm) comprising four nos aluminium bus bars of suitable size mounted on epoxy insulators with holes for incoming and outgoing cables, 2 Nos 16 A SP MCB, 2 Nos cable gland and provision for inserting copper wires with suitable mounting arrangement on street light pole with MS Clamps junction having IP66 rating complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for mounting bracket made out of galvanized iron medium grade of 40mm bore of pipe bended into required shape and size of 1.5 mtr including necessary flat iron clamps made out of 32 x 6 mm flat iron, nuts, bolts and washers and painting of clamps, brackets etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for service cable of PVC insulated unsheathed weather proof twin core aluminium solid conductor 4 Sqmm for street light complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 Sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in soils including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers each n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soil)/ demolished concrete material to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for DWC double wall corrugated pipes conforming to IS-14930 Part-II with IP protection of IP-67 having outer dia 50mm and inner dia of 38mm with necessary couplers, bends etc for protection of LT cable all as specified and as directed.

M & L for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6mm burried earth pit not less than 2.25m depth below normal ground level with to edge of the plate vertically to depth of not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to & including Galvanised earth wire 4 Sqmm by mean of GI bolts & nuts etc with provision of charcoal and salt etc all as per electrical plate No-3 of SSR-2020 including RCC cover and MS angle iron frame, watering with GI pipe 20 mm dia (medium grade) & MS funnel, concrete pit including excavation and earthwork and testing on completion etc.,dismantling and taking out old unserviceable earthing complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Refilling of the earth pit shall be carried out with black cotton soil. (ii) GI wire 4.0mm dia & GI protection pipe upto 7.5 m length will be measured under this item. (iii) On testing after completion, if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge at no extra cost.
