COMPREHENSIVE MAINT OF DAY TO DAY B/R AND E/M WORKS AT INSIDE POKARAN AND GOMAT UNDER AGE (I) POKARAN

B/R WORK Taking down chowkhats or frames (without taking off shutters from the frame) n. exc 1.5 Sqm including cutting holes and making good reqd shape for hold fast block for new frame complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- Charge.

S&F solid PVC door frames of size 50x47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet supplying and fixing in opening as per specification and drawing shown in SSR complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- Charge.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- Charge and also including following items supply and fixing in the door at site as per specification :- (a) Stainless Steel (304 Grade) Finished Butt Hinges 125mm - 3 Nos per leaf (b) Stainless Steel (304 Grade) Finished Tower Bolt 200mm long - 2 Nos per leaf (c) Stainless Steel (304 Grade) Finished Handles 200 mm - 2 Nos per leaf Note :- The cost of SS butt hinges, SS tower bolt and SS handles shall be deemed to be inclusive in the unit quoted rates.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1sqm but not exc 2.00 sqm each complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- Charge.

S&F factory made ISI marked flush door shutters 35mm thick, BWP conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 2nd class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- Charge and also including following items supply and fixing in door at site as per specification :- (a) Stainless Steel (304 Grade) Finished Butt Hinges 125mm - 4 Nos per leaf (b) Stainless Steel (304 Grade) Finished Tower Bolt 200mm long - 2 Nos per leaf (c) Stainless Steel (304 Grade) Finished Handles 200 mm - 2 Nos per leaf (d) Stainless Steel (304 Grade) Finished Sliding Door Bolt/Aldrop 16 x 300mm - 1 No per leaf (e) Stainless Steel (304 Grade) Finished Floor Door Stopper - 1 No per leaf Note :- The cost of SS butt hinges, SS tower bolt, SS handles sliding door bolt/Aldrop and door stopper shall be deemed to be inclusive in the unit quoted rates.

S&F 35mm thick glazed and skelton shutters of 2nd class hard wood (factory made) open rebated and divided to receive glass, gauze etc (without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc size of members of shutter as specified in SSR-91 Pt-I section 8 clause 8.20 (a) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated all as specifeid including stainless steel 304 grade wire cloth (0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- Charge and also including following items supply and fixing in door at site as per specification :- (a) Stainless Steel (304 Grade) Finished Butt Hinges 125mm - 3 nos per leaf (b) Stainless Steel (304 Grade) Finished Tower Bolt 200mm long - 2 nos per leaf (c) Stainless Steel (304 Grade) Finished Handles 200 mm - 2 nos per leaf (d) Stainless Steel (304 Grade) Finished Sliding Door Bolt/Aldrop 16x3000mm - 1 nos per leaf (e) Stainless Steel (304 Grade) Finished Floor Door Stooper - 1 nos per leaf Note :- The cost of SS 304 grade wire cloth, SS butt hinges, SS tower bolt, SS handles, SS Sliding Door Bolt/Aldrop and SS Door Stopper shall be deemed to be inclusive in the unit quoted rates.

M&L for preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint, first quality, over a coat of pink primer on wooden surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- Charge.

S&F in repair stainless steel wire cloth of 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with tinned tacks or stainless steel wire staples or with wooden beads, stainless steel screws and nuts bolts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- Charge.

Taking down aluminium door/ windows including frames and complete fittings of area exc 1.00 sqm but n. exc 4 sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- Charge.

S&F powder coated 50 microns extruded aluminium glazing/ doors & shutters made out of section 63.5x38.10x1.29mm for chowkats or frame & shutters made of size 44.45x44.45x1.29mm for side rails and middle rail, 114.3X44.45X1.29mm for top rails and bottom rails and including 12mm thick High Density Fibre Board pre-laminated on both sides (water proof) below middle/lock rail and 5mm thick tinted glass above middle/lock rail and to be fixed with and including EPDM gasket to render the glazing, air and water tight etc. & aluminium beads 20mm size with and including mortice lock with duplicate keys etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- Charge and also including following items supply and fixing in door at site as per specification :- (a) Stainless Steel (304 Grade) Finished Butt Hinges 150mm - 3 nos per leaf. (b) Powder Coated Aluminium Tower Bolt 200mm long - 2 nos per leaf (c) Powder Coated Aluminium Handles 150 mm - 2 nos per leaf Note :- The cost of SS butt hinges, SS tower bolt and SS handles shall be deemed to be inclusive in the unit quoted rates.
