Dismantling undersize/defected cross arms of M.S. channel or angle of any sections complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for for Cross arm bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of unserviceable insulator of any size/type, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Pin type insulator, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade confirming to IS-2486 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green, Single disc assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts grade conforming to IS-731 & IS-3188 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Loop type insulator, vitreous porcelain, white, brown or green, small size, with overall dimensions 65 x 90mm, clearance of hole 16mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing as in replacement for expulsion fuse single pole suitable for working voltage 11000volts of rating 25-50 Amps compete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for HT lightning arrestor, expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 Kilo Amps suitable for 11 KV including taking down old unserviciable lightening arrestor complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour as in replacement for galvanised stay strand of size 7/3.15mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, Laying connecting & testing XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured HT electric power UG cable (heavy duty with stranded aluminum conductor) of size 95 Sqmm, 3 core, 11000 Volts(Earthed) grade, confirming to IS-7098 (Part-II) laid through duct/ pipe / in trench etc. with cable glands & suitable size of aluminium lugs including taking down existing old unserviciable cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Earth work, brick protection and sand cushioning and GI Pipe Shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

.Dismantling of old unservicable/damaged stay assembly embedded in concrete including demolition of PCC upto ground level and removing unserviceable materials from site of work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Stay assembly complete with all accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1 of SSR Part-I (loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation and concrete shall be measured separately) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing as in replacement for HT 11 KV (Earthed) grade heat shrinkable jointing kit straight through type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling old unservicable steel tubular poles/struts, any size including breaking up PCC foundation and removal of rubbish complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing steel tubular swaged pole, type 410 SP 55 (Overall length 11.00 meter) conforming to IS-2713 (Part 1 to 3) 1980 complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and washers, screws. Pole shall be painted with two coat of black bituminous throughout internally and externally upto planting depth and the remaining external portion shall be painted with two coats of aluminum paints over a coat of red oxide primer, painting red & yellow alternate strips of 30cm each externally from ground level upto 1.5m with synthetic enamel paint, and writing pole No with black paint on yellow background complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Excavation and earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid separately under respective items)

Materials and labour for preparation of old painted 11mtr long steel tubular electric pole surface using polish paper, painted exposed surface with one coat of aluminium paint including painting from bottom to 1.5m height alternative with 30cm red and yellow strip and writing pole no with black paint on yellow background completed all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of existing unserviceable/undersize ACSR conductor (of any size) , jumper from overhead line, removing unserviceable materials from site of work complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for Aluminum conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) conductor as in overhead electric line and stretching the same with required span, standard sag and binding the conductor with pin/shackle insulator and jumpers with aluminum binding wire not less than 2.00mm dia, PG clamp etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour as in replacement for anti-climbing device, spike type fabricated from structural steel comprising of MS flat 20mmx6mm, MS round bar pointed, 8mm dia, 20cm length welded on MS flat fixed with nuts, bolts, washers and welding with and including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying as in replacement GI tubing 80mm bore light grade with fittings laid in trenches or for road crossing for protection of underground cables complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour as in replacement for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connetced with galvanised Strip of 32x6mm by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe of 40mm bore (light grade) and other end connected to earthing test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (medium grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 m etc all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I(2009) complete including testing on completion all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing as in replacement for Danger notice plate of 25x20cm size and 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters(Local & Hindi language), figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 m wide and n.exc1.5 m in depth for foundation of poles, cable etc, or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto- all as per item No 25.00 above but for depth exc 1.5m and n exc 3.00m and -ditto

Returning, filling in, of soil including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50M and deposited/ spreaded where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for sand filling around the cable with approved quality coarse sand for sand cushioning of Under ground cable including spreading and punning down complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Punned down 18cm thickness shall be measured.

Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping and like including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for brick protection cover to underground cables with sub class ‘B’ brick of size 23 X 11.5 X 7.5 cm, (locally available best quality), laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and directed.
