Outsourcing of services for operation and periodical maintenance of the central type air conditioning plant at 26 Amn Coy lower site 25 TR capacity in one shift and operating DG Set of 200 KVA capacity and mono block pump set 15 HP - 02 Nos as and when required in one shift, keeping, the installation fully operational and in healthy condition by employing of 1 x Refgn Mech (ITI qualified) and 1 x unskilled mate of 8 hours daily including carrying out daily maintenance for smooth functioning of AC plant & DG Set are comprising of the foliowings machineries & equipments :- PLant Details (a) Water cooled chilling unit comprising reciprocating compressor 06 Nos (Make - Blue Star) (b) Condensing water circulating mono block Pump Sets 5 HP with DOL starter (Make:- Kirloskar Brother Ltd)- 04 Nos (c) Air handling unit horizontal type of sectional construction (air curtain - 08 Nos) factory made casing double skith type complete - 01 No. (d) Electrical control panel in plant room. (e) Star delta starter for compressor motor, cooling tower controling devices, switches, expension valve LP/HP cutout switch, thermostat control valves, thermostat humidistate solinoid valve as installed. (f) GI ducting for supply of air with grills, diffusers, dampers, reheaters and preheaters. (g) Condensor water pipe line with valves and fittings. (h) Cooling towers induced draught type. (j) Diesel Engine generating set of capacity 200 KVA (Make : Sudhir). (k) Monoblock pump set 15 HP - 02 Nos.

Note for item No 1 and 2: (i) Contractor shall visit the plant to ascertain the soundness before quoting the tender, contractor is solely responsible for the smooth functioning of the plant and to achieve desired / required temprature, Minor, Material/ spares like 'O' rings, oil seal, gasket, repairs to leakage of gas/ compressor oil etc required for efficient functioning of AC plant shall deemed to be included in the rates quoted, the decision of Engineer-in-charge regarding minor repair/ parts shall be final and binding. (ii) Contractor will keep all plant & machinery, plant room, windows and area upto 6m all round of plant room neat and clean. (iii) Checking of leakage of gas and repairing the same as and when leakage is noticed. (iv) Checking and repairing loose electric connection in starter, panel, motor and control relay. (v) Contractor will keep neat and clean air filters of AHU's for proper functioning of plant. (vi) Contractor will keep cooling tower neat and clean. (vii) DHPP & OMD (Engine oil) shall be provided by the department for maintenance and operation as and when required basis. Log sheet shall be maintained by the contractor and shall be produced alongwith the demand. (viii) Contractor should organise his staff strength in such a manner that each staff gets deployed for one shift in a day and each staff be given weekly one day off, for weekly off suitable reliever should be arranged by contractor. (ix) The shift will be mentained as under :- (a) First shift - 0800hrs to 1600hrs. (b) Second shift - 1600hrs to 2400hrs. (c) Third shift - 2400hrs to 0800hrs.

Note for item No 1 and 2(Contd...) (x) Wage paid by the contractor to the persons employed shall not be less than the minimum wages fixed by State/Central Government from time to time whichever is higher( Issued from GoI ime to time) . The payment shall be made to the workers through online banking and the bank statement of fair wages as per minimum labour wages as mentioned above shall be submitted along with the RARs/FB for payments. (xi). The contractor shall be responsible for the EPF, ESI, bonus, LWC, Safety etc. and insurance of all trademen employed by him as per existing Labour Rules/Acts/Regulations (xii) Contractor special attention is invited that payment of operator / labour shall be made only online banking and same shall be deposited in Adhar link account of operator / labour. Documentary evidence for the same shall be submitted to Engineer -in-Charge before payment of RAR / Final bill. (xiii). Contractor and his personnel detailed for management and operation of Plant shall be responsible for serviceability of Plant, Diesel engine generating set, Valves. In case of any major fault occurs in above mentioned items, he will report directly to concerned JE E/M / AGE E/M. Person deputed for operation will be responsible for minor maintenance such as checking of oil, checking of Diesel, oiling and greasing of Valves, informing MES and maintaing sufficient DHPP and balance in storage tank for DG set as and when required, checking of battery terminal and cleaning of DG Sets, Plant, Valves surrounding areas complete. (xiv). Necessary weekly off will be given to manpower employed for this schedule as per existing rules and regulation of state /central govt. and necessary replacement will be provided by the contractor. Rates quoted for this schedule shall deemed to be included this provision.

(xv). In case absence of any operator / workmen from any shift will be penalized with a penalty of double the rate quoted by the contractor in addition to the shift not taken in to consideration for payment. Attendant / Operator wanting leave will get it sanctioned before proceeding on leave along with the name of individual who will be performing his duty/shift in his absence. No replacement of operator/workmen without the knowledge of department will be allowed. (xvi). Safety equipment's, tools and first aid kit and uniform by the conractor will be provided to all tradesman without any extra cost to government. (xvii)Log book (Sheet), Muster roll, duty roster, fuel consumption register, daily breakdown register, attendance register and other requisite registers shall be maintained by operator and get it signed by concerned JE, Engineer-in-charge and contractor on daily basis and same shall be submitted monthly to accepting officer for inspection and other details as specified in PS (xviii) Operator should posses ITI certificate in respective trade with minimum 02 years experience for running of installation and well conversant with the Plant equipment's with connected panel and opeartion of DG set and must produce qualification and experience certificates duly attested by gazetted officer. The attested certificate shall be submitted to accepting officer at the time of commencement of work. (xix) The GST included in the rates quoted against all items. (xx) It is sole responsibility of cotractor if any mishappening occurs including accident/injury due to any reason, Department shall not be held responsible on this account. Nothing exta shall be admissible on this account from the department.
