Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated or semi corrugated etc) sheet in roof covering including ridges, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling Wall paneling and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends swan necks, etc, including cleaning and refixing same in existing place, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down Chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) not exc 1.5 sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down Chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc 1.5sqm but not exc 4 sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down shutter of any description exc. 1 sqm but n.exc 2 sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins,arches,pillars,etc,but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling loose/disintegrated portion of RCC chajjas, bends shelves, beams balconies and similar work at any position or any height and dubbing out with RCC 1:1.5:3, A-0 35mm to 50mm thick (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) to make up and finished required shape and provision of necessary support form work and including 10mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 finished fair and smooth, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal from site to store bore of pipe 20mm, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal from site to store bore of pipe 25mm, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnection of PVC water storage tank at roof/staging, getting aside for cleaning, lowering and hoisting, if required, cleaning and removing all scales and dirt etc from PVC tanks and from mouth of circulating pipes etc and washing with adequate qty of bleaching powder solution including removing of all vegetation in surrounding of the tanks and writing date of cleaning with enamel paints in capital letters of 80mm stencil , capacity of tank upto 500 ltrs, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnection of PVC water storage tank at roof/staging, getting aside for cleaning, lowering and hoisting, if required, cleaning and removing all scales and dirt etc from PVC tanks and from mouth of circulating pipes etc and washing with adequate qty of bleaching powder solution including removing of all vegetation in surrounding of the tanks and writing date of cleaning with paints in capital letters of 80mm stencil, capacity of tank exceeding 500 ltrs but n. exc 1000 ltrs, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from metal frames including punching or drilling out old glazing pins or spring clips and providing and fixing new clips or pins, complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to aluminium door or window of size exc 1.0 Sqm but n.exc 2.0 Sqm, shape and description including easing, cutting, drilling, including provn of parts such as rubber gasket, blanket cloth, etc to make door or window fully functional complete all as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Brick work with subclass ‘B’ old size burnt bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

Supply only integral water proofing compound of approved quality, ISI Marked, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0, (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, steps, seismic and other similar bands coping/cills including necessary form work weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

3.00 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or wooden beads in squares not exceeding 0.50 Sqm in each pane, complete all as specified and as dircted.

3.00 mm thick figured glass, pin head type and glazing with oil putty in squares in exc 0.5 sq.m in each pane, complete all as specified and as dircted.

Solid PVC Door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm Wallnut color PVC sheet reinforced with MS Square tube, supply and fixing in opening as per specification and drawings and incluiding making good disturbed surfaces , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour profile of sheet centre to centre n. exc 200mm and height of profile shall not be less than 30mm having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall,fixed with self tapping screws , complete all specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Pre painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated ridge tile profile shall in ridge steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

6 mm thick non asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs, walls, etc. fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts including all necessary scaffolding/staging arrangement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Powder coated(of approved colour) aluminium section as in frame and shutter of doors, windows (Hung/sliding),ventilators (louvers/fixed type) and fixed frame including jointing cleats for fixing etc. fixed to wall including preparation of disturbed portion both side (internal &external surfaces of wall) match with existing surface treatment and all sides of aluminium frame shall be sealed with silicon sealent (inner/outer face) ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE:- Actual wt of aluminium sections / wt as per required aluminium section used in the work shall be measured for payment. Make :- Jindal/ Hindalco/ Indalco.

Roughing surfaces of old concrete surfaces by picking up, sweeping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc including taking down of cement plaster and existing APP membrane, PCC padding etc complete treatment from top of roof and providing of neat cement slurry (3.0 kg of cement per sqm) including 10mm thick plastering in CM (1:3) finished even and smooth mixed with water proofing compound. Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) on walls in cement mortar (1:4), including integral WPC by wt of cement as per manufacturer instruction (NOTE : Supply only WPC will be measured and paid for separately), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rotational moulded polythene water storage tanks 3 layer white colour (cylindered vertical closed top ) hoisted and fixed in position including necessary connection nipple suitable for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes, all as specified in SSR Part –I of capacity of tanks 500 ltrs and including dismantling of existing unserviceable water tanks and remove from site, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rotational moulded polythene water storage tanks 3 layer white colour (cylindered vertical closed top ) hoisted and fixed in position including necessary connection nipple suitable for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes, all as specified in SSR Part –I of capacity of tanks 1000 ltrs and including dismantling of existing unserviceable water tanks and remove from site, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

10 ltrs PVC flushing cistern low level (white) with inlet, ball valve float and handle including PVC Connection and 32mm dia PVC long bend for squar pattern etc. set with concrete and making good to floor including taking down, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Sheet glass shelf assembly consisting of 5.5mm thick sheet glass shelf 12 cm wide with chromium plated bracket guard and railing 60 cm long fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
