Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Walk-in-Cooler cold room for Storage of approx size (12 x10 x 8)' (Outer to outer Dimensions) (Approx 5 Ton capacity) with wall and ceiling panel made out of Pre painted GI sheet filled with 60 mm PUF insulation, anti skid GI flooring on 60 mm PUF, with door manually operated , digital temperature indicator, Air cooled medium temperature split unit of 3 HP rating with Hermetic/Scroll Compressors working on R -22/R - 410A refrigerants to maintain temperature of 4 +/- 2 degree Centigrade at an ambient temperature of 30 degree centigrade complete all as per the details mentioned in Particular specifications Note:- (i) The installation of Walk in cooler shall be carried out under supervision of manufacturer auth rep. (ii) Cost for any civil work i.e. foundation and any minor nature of work as required for installation of walk in cooler in the existing building shall deemed to be in included in quoted rate. (iii) The cost of Comprehensive warranty / product warranty of (12 Months) shall deemed to be in included in quoted rate and the contractor has to submit the same from the Manufacturer before claiming any payment.

MCCB 63 Amps four pole with breaking capacity 16 KA 415 volts fixing to the existing LT panel board with and inclduing necessary modification to existing LT Panel Board of CRCA sheet to match with existing size and height complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundation of stays, laying cables etc and getting out in hard/dense soil all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm using excavated soil all as specified and directed.

Precast concrete electrical cable cover, Class LV, flat of size (250 x 150 x 40) mm complete all as per IS 5820 : 1970 and as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

GI tubing 'Light grade' of size 50mm bore for cable protection/ earth strip protection with all fittings and laid in trench or in floor complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge

Supplying, laying, connecting, testing and commissioning of XLPE insulated, sheathed, screened, PVC bedded with galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electrical power Cable 4 Core 35 Sqmm size with multi stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade of earthed system complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Load line distribution board, TPN vertical, 4 way double door type, fixed on wall semi flush, with incoming MCCB 4 poles 63 Amps, 16 KA bus bars, neutral link, blanking plates complete all as specified and as directed.

MCB three pole and neutral (MCB TPN) 440 volts of capacity 63 Amps, 10 KA C curve including connecting and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

MCB three pole and neutral (MCB TPN) 440 volts of capacity 32-40 Amps, 10 KA C curve including connecting and testing complete all as specified and as directed.
