Taking down carefully aluminium point wiring with PVC casing capin and conduit (light, fan, socket or power) including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring with 1100 volts grade PVC insulated FRLS multistranded copper conductor cable 1.5 sqmm and earth continuity conductor 1.5 sqmm using colour coding drawn into and including concealed rigid non metallic PVC conduit medium grade not less than 20 mm dia, ISI marked ivory colour with all conduit fittings / fixing incl with modular sunken box of suitable size for the following:- One light/ fan (CF & EF) point controlled by one switch.

All as per item No 2 above but One bell point controlled by one bell push

All as per item No 2 above but One light point controlled by two, two way switches

All as per item No 2 above but One 5 pin socket outlet 6 Amps on independent board controlled by one switch.

All as per item No 2 above but One 3 pin, 06 Amp socket outlet point on same board controlled by one, one way switch.

Taking down carefully ceiling fan of any sweep complete with all accessories, dismantling blades and deposit in safe custody of AGE E/M Yard-II for BER procedure complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for submain wiring alongwith earth continuity conductor with PVC insulated FRLS multistranded copper conductor cable using colour coding drawing into and including concealed rigid non metallic PVC conduit 25 mm dia, medium grade, ISI marked ivory colour along with accessories of nominal sizes 2x6 sqmm + 1x6 sqmm earth wire including taking down of old unservicable sub main wiring complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Cost of cutting & chasing for concealltion of conduit and making good as existing to distrubed surface shall be deemed inclusive in quoted unit rate. (ii) Three runs of 6sqmm copper conductor and 01 run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit.

S & F in repairs 20 amp, single pole and neutral socket outlet, with 2 poleand earth, metal enclosed plug top in powder coated CRCA steel sheet enclosure recess mounted with chained metal cover for the socket outlet with and incl one number single pole 'C' series MCB 16 amp as required complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs MCB distribution board , SPN 240 volts, 8 ways powder coated , CRCA steel sheet degree of protection IP 43 -IK 09 with double door, recessed mounted having insulated 100 amp tinned copper bus bar, neutral busbar, earth bar, din bar, detachable gland plate, interconnection, earthing connection, blanking plate, in unused spaces as required complete all as specified and directed. Note : DB and MCB incorporated in DB shall be of same make / brand.

S & F in repairs MCB distribution board VTPN , 4 way, powder coated CRCA steel sheet suitable for MCCB incomer 125 Amp , 4 way 415 volt degree of protection IP 43 -Ik-09 with double door, recessed mounted having 250 amp insulated tinned copper bus bar , neutral busbar, earth bar, din bar, detachable gland plate, interconnection, earthing connection, blanking plate, in unused spaces wherever required comprising of the following:- Incoming:- one number MCCB, 125 Amp, 04 pole, AC, 415 Volt, 50 Hz 16 KA ( Icu=Ics), thermally adjustable between 70 % to 100 %. Outcoming:- Twelve numbers MCB, SP, AC, 240 volt, 50 Hz, 10 KA, 32 A, 'C' series ISI marked. Note : Cost of above mentioned MCCB and MCBs shall be inclusive in quoted unit rate.

S&F of exhaust fan single phase, 230/240 Volt heavy duty of size 300 mm sweep 1400 RPM including suitable louvers and making connection with twisted copper flexible cable from ceiling rose to exhaust fan incl cutting suitable of exhaust fan as required.

S&F Fresh air fan of size 200 mm sweep PVC body complete with louvers connection up incl suitable size three core flexiable copper cable from ceiling rose to Fresh air fan as required incl cutting suitable of exhaust fan complete.

Supply and fix in repairs 45W Pressure die cast aluminium housing street light with system lumen of 6300 lm and system efficacy of 140 lm/w, IP-66,IK-10 single piece die cast incl spigot, dia 48-76mm,LED lifetime (L70B50) 75000 buring Hrs with integrated optical cover. Street light should have standalone lighting control system with AUTO ON/OFF based on DUSK/DAWN timings,preset time settings with monthly variations (Jan to Dec), inbuilt real time clock for switching, incleds dimming profile for energy savings,drift not exceedind max 2mins/year, clock retention upto five yeras, auto switching off secondary power for module,dimmable driver based on PWM control, dim to off with high/low voltage cut off with 440V protection for 8 hrs for complete luminiarie incl driver and astro module,surge protection as perIEC 61000-4-5 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down electric meter and refixing on same board after rewiring all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement 15 watt rechargeable bulb with min 2 hrs backup , 230v, 50 Hz complete.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on walls with 1 mm thick putty after complete removal of existing treatment complete.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 35 sqmm 3.5 core complete.

Excavation in trenches soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep for laying of pipes/cables etc getting out and bottom surface to required gradient complete .

M & L Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers each not exceeding 25 cm thickness complete.

M & L Removal of surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete.

Supplying and laying of fixing DWC HDPE pipe alongwith all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. ISI marked as per IS-16205 ( part-24) incl cutting/ jointing cutting/ jointing laid in tranches ( excavation not incl) wall floor etc. as required 50mm outer dia and 38 mm inner dia 38 mm ( for cable protection) complete all as specified and directed.
