Repairing of LT control panel of fire fighting pumping system including replacement of 30 nos diffrent size Aluminium bus-bars, 02 nos L&T RTO-1 relay, 02 nos L&T MO-12 contactor, 02 nos L&T MO-9 contactor, 02 nos 60 sec time switch of 220 V AC supply and other accessories etc. complete as required.

Dismanteling, Assembling, re-installation, testing & commissioning of existing Bajaj make, 20m height, old flood light mast system in three sections i/c supply & replacement of double drum double gear winch drive, 3 phase single speed high power reversible motor for raising & lowering, steel wire rope of 6mm dia (7/19 construction & made up of SS 316 grade), multi core trailing cable (5Cx 4sqmm copper conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade) and other control parts & accessories etc. complete as required.

Supply of 250 Watt LED flood light having IP-66 Protection, pressure die cast aluminium alloy housing and heat resistant toughened glass cover complete as required.

Supply of 150 Watt LED street light having IP-66 Protection, pressure die cast aluminium alloy housing and heat resistant toughened glass cover complete as required.

Installation, Testing & Commissioning of LED flood light/street light on existing 20 Mtr high mast/ 10 mtr street pole including all accessories, nut, bolt, washer, connections, dismantling of existing old luminaire etc complete as required.

Servicing, overhauling of motorised trolley gate including repairing of minor defects, systematic improvement of system etc. complete as required.

Replacement of existing votage transformer (01 no) by providing new one for 33 KV HT breaker panel having following specification- i) Ratio of 33KV/RT3/110V/RT3/110V/RT3-110V/3, ii) Insulation class B iii) conforming to IS 3156:1992 Including testing & commissioning, dismantling the faulty PT unit etc. complete as required.

Replacement of existing Surge arrester by providing new one for 750 KVA (33/0.415 KV dry type) power transformer having following specifications- i)30 KV rated voltage ii) 5 KA discharge current iii) conforming to IS 3070-3/ IEC 60099-4 Including testing & commissioning, dismantling the faulty unit etc. complete as required.

Re-programming of PLC card installed in CCR for synchronising with Airfield Lighting Control & Monitoring System of GLF complete as required.

Servicing & maintenance of Godrej make Boom Barriers including repairing of minor defects etc. complete as required.

Replacement of existing polycarbonate sheet by providing new for mandatory/informative signage having following specifications- i) supply of 4 mm thick polycarbonate sheet with UV protection glare free face, ii) computerised cut letters & symbol on self adhesive vinyl film applied on the inside face of polycarbonate sheet with required colouring meeting ICAO Annex 14, volume 1 including removing of old sheet etc complete as required.

Supply and fixing of nominal 2.0 mm thick electric insulated synthetic mats conforming to IS:15652-2006 and meeting the requirement of IS:5216, IS:8437, IEC-479 Pub-1 along with suitable adhesive/chemibound, pu-resin, water proofing compound and other sealing materials as per service recomendations in IS:15652 & suitable for class-A 3.3 KV AC and 240 V DC supply without HT trolley movement, complete as required.

Repairing of earthing pit including replacement of pit cover & funnel, uplift/repair of concrete, painting etc complete as per site requirement.
