Dewatering of PST, thickner & FST units for making it empty to do cleaning of connected sludge pipe line & appurtenant works and Mechanical works as per direction of E/I. (Pump: 10 - 20 HP)

Cleaning of wet sludge inside PST, thickner & FST units (As per requirement) for making it empty to do connected sludge pipe line cleaning work and other Mechanical works with the help of heavy duty hydra & its collection on LDPE sheet and cartage of collected sludge upto 2 Km distance at suitable place by tractor trolley etc including hiring charges, labour, T&P etc complete as per direction of E/I.

Cleaning, Testing & Commissioning of 300mm dia HDPE sludge pipeline from PST to Sludge thickner as per direction of E/I.

Provision of flushing arrangement in sludge pipeline near to PST including installation of sluice valve (300mm size) & making arrangement for flushing/ jetting by fixing of 300 mm dia pipe up to top level with chamber of required size in two parts as per direction of E/I. (Chamber size- 3 mtr x 3 mtr)

Cutting of wild bushes, vegeterian grass, uprooting of small plants and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 mtr out side the periphery of the area cleared in the premises of 43 MLD STP including supply of all labour T&P etc complete as per direction of E/I.

Disposal of all rubbish material within 2 km distance by suitable conveyance including supply of all labour T&P etc as per direction of E/I.

Dressing and levelling of unlevelled and ridged areas nearby to 43 mld STP units wherever required with the help of JCB including compaction, hiring charges, labour, T&P etc complete as per direction of E/I.

Replacement & relocation of Notch plate and Baffle plate (5 mm & 8mm thickness) installed at PST, Thickner & FST (wherever required) confirming uniform draw of sewage from the notch including dismantling and repair of RCC structure wherever V notch/baffle plate will be re-located/replaced as per direction of E/I.

Supply & fixing of 40 mm size GI pipe (class B) handrail Jindal make of 1 mtr height including 1.5 mtr c/c vertical ballustrades & horizontal pipe in two rows in digester & existing chamber which height is up to ground level including fixing of MS base plate with nut-bolt/fastner, supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I.

Application of FRP lamination (2mm thickness) on G.I. Pipe railing (existing and newly installed) for proper rustproof cover including all material as resin, fiber sheet, adhesives and labours T&P etc complete as per direction of E/I.

Repairing in all building as pump houses, machine room etc. by providing of brick work, plaster and floor wherever requiered including all material, labour, T&P etc complete as per direction of E/I.

Painting Two coats of APEX Ultima after scraping of old surface, making proper base with wall putty including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc complete as per direction of E/I.

Supply & fixing of 80 mm thick granolithic inter locking tiles/ CC pavour blocks with GSB (120 mm) in base and local sand filling on top, brick work (230 mm) with cement concrete for sides locking in approach road to all pump houses & units as per direction of E/I.

Testing & commissioning of rising main 800 mm dia PSC pipe line including all necessary repairs and supply & fixing of following fitting as per direction of E/I-

Scour Valve, 300 mm

Air valve 150 mm

Concrete block (1m x 1m x 1m) [1:1.5:3]

Brick Work (1:4) including Plaster for chamber construction

PCC with 1:2:4 for chamber construction

Supply & laying of 800 mm. dia PSC pipe line wherever required during testing of PSC rising main.

Supply & laying of MS Pipe line of 800mm dia & 12mm thickness.

Travelling chainpulley block arrangement for 5 MT capacity for manual hoisting & lowering of equipment at TEPH & RSPH including complete installation of girders, chain pulley, dismantaling & repair of wall etc complete as per direction of E/I.

Scum Chamber sludge withdrawl arrangement including supply & laying of 300 mm dia HDPE pipe and its connection on both side etc. complete as per direction of E/I.

Supertenant sump wall raising by RCC including rebaring as per direction of E/I.

Supply & fixing of SS ladder (made of circular pipe) of hollow section (2.5 mm thickness) & 25 mm internal dia as per direction of E/I.

Providing bypass arrangement at TEPH sump to existing bypass channel by making of RCC channel including reinforcement, material, labour and T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I.

Repairing/finishing of all units of 43 mld STP, including plastering, RCC wherever required as per direction of E/I.

Raising of spindle of sluice valve for easy operation at all installed sluice valves as per direction of E/I. (Stainless Steel)

Electrical & Mechanical Works

Primary Treatment Unit (PTU) Proper Installation of Jash Make Mechanical Screens and Screen Panels, Screen Timer Setting and Screen Level Setting, oil leakage repairing etc. complete.

Cable Dressing and Cable Tray work of whole PTU as per IE Rule.

Hand Rail epoxy painting works.

Testing & Commissioning of P.T.U.

Primary Sedimentation Tank (PST) Repairing of Gear Box of Clarifier No. 1 with replacement of Bearing etc.

Cable Tray Works at PST as per I.E.R.

Supply, Laying & Termination of 4 sq. mm., 3 core copper Cable from central gear driving Motor to Panel after chipping of Raft and installation of PVC/G.I. Pipe, Cable should be erected in PVC/GI Pipe as per IE Rule.

Re-grouting of PST Rail by using S.S. Nut-Bolts if required.

Hand Rail epoxy painting works.

02 Nos. Screw Pumps between PST & Thickener Sludge Extraction Line for Pumping Sludge from PST to thickener as detailed given below :

a) Supply & Installation of Screw Pumps (20m3/Hrs) with Motor, Star Delta Starter, laying of 6 sq. mm., 3 core copper Cable from nearest available power source to Motor, lugs etc.

b) Supply & Installation of Suction & Delivery DI/CI Line of suitable length for Screw Pumps (1W+1S), Pumps will work as lifting station for PST Sludge.

c) Supply & Installation of 04 Nos. Knife edge gate valves and 02 Nos. NRV for suction and delivery line of Pumps.

d) Supply & Installation of 1 HP, single phase Dewatering Pump Set with Starter and arrangement of Power Cable from nearest available power source to Motor, lugs etc.

Repairing of Scum Box arrangement.

Testing & Commissioning of P.S.T.

Final Sedimentation Tank (FST) Cable Tray fixing & dressing works at FST as per I.E.R.

Supply, Laying & Termination of Cable (4 sq. mm., 3 core copper Cable) from central gear box driving Motor to Panel after chipping of Raft and installation of PVC/G.I. Pipe,, Cable should be erected in PVC/GI Pipe as per IE Rule.

Epoxy Painting of Hand Rail.

Re-grouting of FST Rail by using S.S. Nut-Bolts of required.

Testing & Commissioning of F.S.T.

Filtrate Pump House Supply & Installation of 200 m3/Hrs., 10meter head Horizontal Non-Clog Sewage Pump Set Kirloskar Make Model SHM 100/26N, Suitable to Pump Sewage of Specific Gravity 1.03 and required works with Motor and all associated delivery and common header pipings having following material of Construction : Pump Casing – 2% Ni CI Pump Shaft – SS 410 Impeller – CF 8M NRV – 200 mm. dia (CI) – 01 No. S.V. – 200 mm. dia (CI) – 02 Nos. Pipe – 200 mm. dia (Lum Sum) 3 Phase Induction Motor RPM – 1450, Frequency – 50 ± 3%

Dismantling of Existing Pump Set, Re-locating/Re-installation in newly constructed dry sump well with old existing piping & valves as well as SITC of some equipments as given bellow :

a) Supply & Installation of Sluice Valve 200 mm. dia (01 No.).

b) Supply & Installation of Piping DI/CI for Delivery, Suction & Common Header as required

c) Supply & Installation of 1 HP, single phase Dewatering Pump Set with Starter and arrangement of Power Cable from nearest available power source to Motor, lugs etc.

d) Supply & Installation of Control Panel with Star Delta Starter for newly installed Centrate Filtrate Pump Set complete in all respect.

e) Power Connection of all above 02 Pump Set by SITC of 16 sq. mm., 3 core aluminium cable of required length.

Testing & Commissioning of Filtrate Pump House.

Blower Unit Complete accoustic enclosure work of Air Blower (7 Mtr. X 9 Mtr. X 6 Mtr) with air passing arrangement and Mono rail Fixing, Gurder, Lifting Chain etc. as per site condition.

Cable Tray and Dressing works of complete Blower Unit.

Supply & Installation of 02 Nos. Blowers as per specification given bellow : Capacity - 4400 m3/Hrs. Pressure – 0.7 Kg./Cm2

Supply & Installation of 02 Nos. VFD Set for newly supplied Blowers including Cable, Lugs etc. complete.

Supply & Installation of 01 No. VFD Set for old Air Blower System including Cable, Lugs etc. complete.

Power Connection of Blowers with its Control Panels including Supply & Installation of Power Cables, Control Cable, Lugs of suitable size/rating/capacity.

Testing & Commissioning of Blower Unit.

Aeration Tank Unit Complete Airline Shifting from walkway and installation of these lines in proper way at Aeration Tank.

SITC of S.S. Channel frame for Airline Support etc. complete.

Replacement, Commissioning & Testing of all damaged Piping Valves, Airline Valves with S.S. Valves (Approx. 440 Nos.), damaged PVC Pipes, PVC Rope and Diffuser Membrane of all 880 Diffusers.

Epoxy Painting of complete M.S. Airline and hand rail including all material, T&P and labour charges etc. Specification are as following : Common Header : Diameter as shown at site (10 Mtr. Long Approx) M.S. Airline 350 mm. size, 26 Meter Long (Approx), 300 mm. size, 24 Meter Long (Approx), 200 mm. size, 12 Meter Long (Approx), 150 mm. size, 300 Meter Long (Approx), 100 mm. size, 240 Meter Long (Approx).

Return Sludge Pump House (RSPH) Bell mouth fitting in 500 mm. dia size (02 Nos) and 150 mm. (02 Nos) dia size suction line of Pump.

Supply & Fixing of 3 tone capacity Chain Pulley with Travelling Trolley including installation of girder for ease in lifting & shifting of Pumps/Motor outside the Pumps house as per I.S. code (Chain length should be at least 15 meters).

FRP Coating of complete Suction Line, Delivery Line and Common Header including all material, T&P and labour charges etc. Specification are as follows :

Supply & Fixing of 3 tone capacity Chain Pulley with Travelling Trolley including installation of gurder for ease in lifting & shifting of Pumps/Motor outside the Pumps and all other associated works as per I.S. code (Chain length should be at least 15 meters).

Leakage repairing of Common Header Line and FRP Coating of complete Delivery Line and Common Header including all material, T&P and labour charges etc. Specification are as following :

Common Header :800 mm., 15 Mtr. long and 250 dia Size, 15 Mtr. long (Approx)

Delivery Line : 400 mm. size, 25 Meter Long (Approx),

200 mm. size, 10 Meter Long (Approx),

Digester Unit Repairing of 01 No. Agitator Shaft of Digester (Approx. 7 Meter long) by balancing, alignment etc. required works.

Cable Dressing and Cable Tray work of Whole Plant as per I.E. Rule.

All four Girder Structure repairing and painting of Digester Motors.

Supply of 02 Tone capacity Chain Pulley.

SITC of Exhaust Fan (450 mm. X 450 mm.) in each L.T. Panel Room with power connection and all associated works as per I.E. Rule.

Body Earthing of all L.T. Control Panel as per I.E. Rule.

Fire Extinguisher and Rubber resistance Sheet in all L.T. Panel Room. At least two Fire Extinguisher (CO2 type, 4.5 Kg.) in each Panel Room.

Chequered Plate in all Cable Trench if required.

Oiling and Greasing in all Mechanical Equipments as well as Oil filling in all Auto Transformer Starters.

Complete Overhauling of all L.T. Panels/Starters of whole Plant as per I.E.R.

Testing & Commissioning of all equipments of STP at load.
