Supply, installation, and testing of centrifugal, monoblock, pump & motor set to transfer filtered water from UF tank to pipeline connecting gardening area with following specifications . A) Head range -- 17 -30mtrs, b) Mini discharge Capacity --- 25 K ltrs/hr, c) Minimmum capacity of motor -- 5HP, d) mini RPM -- 2800, e) suction/delivery pipe dia. -- 80mm/80mm, f) Impeller--cast iorn , g) Motor body --Cast iorn , h) Power supply--3 Phase, 415v+ 10% ,etc. with Concrete foundation all necessary accessories etc as required complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Supply , Installation and testing of Self-Priming Monoblock Sludge Recirculation pump & motor set to transfer sludge from lamella clarifier tank to MBBR tank with following specifications. a) Head range --10-16 mtrs, b) discharge Capacity --- 20K ltr/ hr, C) Minimum capacity of motor --- 2HP, d) Mini RPM --- 2800, e) suction/delivery pipe dia -- 40/40mm, f) Impeller--Cast iron, g) Motor body --Cast iron, h) 3 Phase Power supply --415v_+ 10%,50 Hz Concrete foundation necessary removable type enclosure for rain protection including all necessary accessories etc as required complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Supplying , replacement of Ball valve ( metal Valve) of size 1" in existing suction pipeline of filter feed pump as required.

Providing and fixing medium class ISI Marked 80mm Size G.I. pipe and G.I. fittings like elbow, tee, socket, union, coupler , reducers etc. for suction and interlinking of delivery branch suitable for centrifugal, monoblock pumps mentioned in item no. 2 .This includes jointing of pipes & G.I. fittings like elbow, tee, union etc and making suitable size holes in wall as required complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Dismentaling of old pipeline and providing and fixing of medium class ISI Marked 65 mm G.I. pipe and G.I. fittings like elbow, tee, socket, union, coupler , reducers etc. for interlinking in existing pipeline of MGF & ACF .This includes jointing of pipes & G.I. fittings like elbow,tee,union etc as required complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Supply of C.I. butterfly valves of size 50 mm with S.G. Iron Disc. conforming to BS 5155 (PN 1.6) having Pressure /class /rating : PN16/PN10 , slim seal standard lever operated type with nuts, bolts, gasket etc. complete as required .

Supply of C.I. butterfly valves of size 80 mm with S.G. Iron Disc. conforming to BS 5155 (PN 1.6) having Pressure /class /rating : PN16/PN10 , slim seal standard lever operated type with nuts, bolts, gasket etc. complete as required .

Supplying, Installing, testing and commissioning of C.I. butterfly valves of size 65 mm with S.G. Iron Disc. conforming to BS 5155 (PN 1.6) having Pressure /class /rating : PN16/PN10 , slim seal standard lever operated type with required G.I. flanges, nuts, bolts, gasket etc. with proper inter connection including all necessary accessories and fixing these valves with G.I threaded pipe fittings complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of C.I. Dual plated Non-return valves PN 1.6 having Pressure /class /rating : PN16/PN10 & as per IS:5312 reflux swing check type with required flanges, nuts, bolts and gaskets etc. suitable for centrifugal,monoblock pump mentioned in item no. 2 for fixing the start of the delivery of the pump as required.

Supply and installation of Dial type glycerine filled pressure gauge with isolation having range of 0-10 Kg./sq.cm together along with ball valve of 15 mm and GI Barrel Nipples.

Supply and replacement of lubrication grade oil for air blower of 11 KW rating , capacity 460 m3/hr as per recommended by O&M Manufacturer beta Maschinenfabrik as required.

Supply, fixing of 25 Amps 3 pole D-curve MCB DOL starter with OLR with built in single phase protection in existing electrical panel for providing supply to existing pumps complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Supply of 4C x 4 sq. mm. size LT power cable of 1.1 KV grade Copper conductor XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured cable confirming to IS 7098 Part I-1988 with upto date amendment as required.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on cable tray as required. Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle).

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/submain wiring/ cable as required.

Supply and Replacement of MBBR Media of existing 300 KLD sewage treatment plant with 6 Meter Cube Mushroom type media including cleaning of both the tanks, removal of any blockage in pipelines etc. upto satisfaction of Engineer Incharge complete as required.

Supply and Replacement of Clarifier Plates Media of existing 300 KLD sewage treatment plant with suitable Size PVC plate type media which includes cleaning of tank , removal of any blockage in pipelines etc. upto satisfaction of Engineer Incharge complete as required.

Overhauling, servicing, replacing of media, strainers and commissioning of Multi-grade filter having down type flow of size 1200mm x 1500 mm height for treatment of clarified water tank of the STP complete upto satisfaction of Engineer Incharge complete as required. .

Overhauling, servicing, replacing of media, strainers and commissioning of Activated Carbon Filter having down type flow of size 1200mm x 1500 mm height for filtration of treated sewage water complete upto satisfaction of Engineer Incharge complete as required.

Supply and installation of Micron Cartridge Filter of capacity 12.5 cum/hr, rating 100 mircon, MOC: Sponge type cartridge filter for PLC based Ultra Filtration system installed for STP.

Supply and fixing of Acrylic body Rotameter between existing sewage line and MBBR tank of flow range 0-15000LPH having float material made of SS-304/SS-316 and end connection threaded of SS-304/SS-316 complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Servicing, dismantling, re-fixing, testing and commissioning of the existing UF hollow fiber membrane (MOC Polyether Sulfone (PES)) of Make-Qua , Model - Q SEP-6008 having permeate capcacity of 12.5cum/hr, inside out flow path, max feed pressure 70PSI and this includes chemically enhanced backwash procedure, a combination of chemicals like citric Acid, Sodium Hypochlorite, Sodium Hydroxide , Sulfuric Acid, Hydrochloric Acid of PLC based Ultra Filtration system installed for STP complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Supply and replacement of Existing Air grid Line of Equalization tank and MBBR tank of existing 300 KLD sewage treatment plant by new 4 inch diameter size UPVC/HDPE grid line including all Values , air flow meter , Air Diffusors, fabrication , installation etc. . The work includes removal of sludge from tanks upto satisfaction of Engineer Incharge complete as required.
