Providing, supplying and laying at all levels 10mm thick 600x600 of approved make such as "Johnson & Johnson or Somani brand " in Floor/dado / skirting to any height in all floors fixed with neat cement slurry after soaking the tiles in water, under layer of 12mm thick CM (1:3) mix, (The rate shall be inclusive of center point firing i.e. extra labour materials etc. to be considered so as to get outlet of plumbing / sanitary fitting at the junction of floor tile), with white cement pointing in joints including washing and cleaning polish with oxalic acid, including cost of all materials, transportation, curing, loading, unloading, labour, T&P, taxes, duties, levies, octroi, royalties, etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing, supplying and applying 12mm thick cement plaster in line and level, at all heights above and below plinth level with cement motar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 sand) to walls, beams, ceiling, stair, column, pardis, bends, moulds, pattas, grooves, etc. including scaffolding, curing, finishing smooth (the plaster surface shall be troweled till the surface shows cement paste), and chipping the concrete at all levels including cost of all materials, transportation, lift, loading, unloading, curing, labour, tools and plants, taxes, duties, levies, octroi, royalties etc. complete as per direction of Engineer – In-Charge

Providing, supplying & applying two coats of emulsion paints to of approved make and shade of “Royale Luxury Asian” including cost of Finishing existing wall surface with two more coats of Acrylic wall putty (Water based ) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges on smooth plaster finished surfaces of walls, beams, ceiling, stair, column, pardis, bends, moulds, pattas, grooves etc. at all heights above plinth level and preparation of surface for painting, scaffolding, curing etc., including cost of all materials, transportation, loading, unloading, labour, T&P, taxes, duties levies, octroi, royalties etc. complete as per direction of Engineer - In-Charge

Supply fitting fixing and furnished of Granite Tiles of 16mm thickness of all materials carriage including all cost of all materials, labour T & P required for the work etc complete.

32mm thick flush door shutter made out of 32mm B.W.R. block board and covering with 1mm thick sunmica to both side pasted with adhesive including fixing of fixtures like Godrej make Mortice Lock having model No. 9168, Godrej make Door closure having model No. 8340, 100mm Aluminum heavy hinges including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials etc. complete as directed by the Engineering-in-charge.

Fabricating fitting and fixing of UPVC window single pannel frame 45x78mm & Sash 45x50mm of Finesta//Wintech and equivalent make including cost conveyance taxes of all materials etc complete in all respect as per spcification and direction of engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing of 12 mm thick black Toughened Glass Frameless door with Dorma Premium fittings. Dorma Premium (9111198) untite package BTS75 ULPT 10 with cover, ULUS 10 Luck with cover and PT-24, Dorma Premium (9137121) H type Handle 450 mm, 12 mm clear Toughened glass, with cutout and hole including cost of all materials labour etc. complete.

Dismantling the tile removing and stacking the debris as directed within site upto a lead of 100m, including cutting the reinforcement if any, etc. including labour, T&P scaffolding taxes and duties etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing in position Gypsum Ceiling . including cost of all materials, transportation, loading, unloading, labour, T&P, taxes, duties, levies, octroi, royalties etc.Precoated angles of size 25x25 mm are screw fixed to the perimeter of the wall or partition at the given ceiling level. Main ‘T’ sections 3600mm long, with "H" slots at 150 or 300mm centers in its vertical flange, to hold the cross 'T" sections, are suspended from the soffit with the help of rawlplug, soffit cleat and G.I. wire(4mm dia) at 1200mm c/c. These sections also have notch at its both ends to increase the length. Cross "T" sections of 1200mm length with "H" slot in the center and notches at both ends are inserted fixed into the main "T" at 600mm c/c to form a regular grid of 600x1200mm. Cross "T" of 600mm length is inserted fixed into the 1200mm cross "T" to form a regular grid of 600x600mm. complete as per direction of Engineer in-charge. (Measurements to be considered for payment shall be the clear size of opening plus guide channels on both sides for width and 450mm on top for drum height)

Providing and fixing in position . WPC Baffles Ceiling. The Colour shall be of wooden texture. Size shall be 40mm x 100 mm (W x H) & shall have 100mm Gap, Including all accessories such as hanging arrangement, screws and other accessories. All suspended hanger, clips, unigrid channel shall be Galvanised mild steel. Installation shall be done as per manufacturer’s specification. The material have dimensional stability, longevity resistance to rot and crack, Stable over a wide temperature range, weather resistant, Moisture resistant, low flame spread, High impact resistant, Outstanding screw and nail retention, Environmentally friendly, recyclable and Contains no toxic chemicals or preservatives including cost of all labour, sundries and T&P etc. required for the work compete as directed by the Engineer- in - Charge.

Providing & Fixing of wall panneling made out of Alluminium section B 9835 /wooden as Horizontal & vertical member placed @600mm c/c covered with 9mm thick BWR Ply and 3mm thick ACP & applied with approved jointing materials (silicon) with cost of all materials labours & T & P Etc complete .

Providing Fitting and fixing of PVC loovers 8 mm thick plank of size 10"x10' long including cost of all material , labour and T&P required for the work complete as per EIC.

Providing fixing and pasting Wall paper as per design & details. The item includes making POP base to get a uniform smooth surface. The fixed area of wall paper shall be considered for payment and not the area of procured material.

Providing and laying 10mm thick WOODEN FLOORING, DADO & SKIRTING of PERGO ORIGINAL, Armstrong, Egger or equivalent (matt finish) consisting of panels of size 1194mm x 194mm or as per manufacturer specification. The Floating laminate flooring shall be laid over a 0.20mm thick polythene film to form a vapor barrier and 2mm to 3mm thick approved FOAM The panels used shall be of high solidity, high impact strength, high temperature resistance without change in shape). Each panel shall have click system and to be laid in approved pattern with suitable glue as per manufacturers specifications including alround suitable egde profile alround/wherever required for firm end locking. The timber floor shall be resistant to Impact, abrasion, stains, fade, cigarette burns and house hold chemicals. The quoted rate shall include the cost of laying, wastage, glue, loading, unloading and all applicable taxes.

Providing and making a Conferance table of over all size of top 18' 6"X6'. It shall consist of 18mm thk. BWP. Ply top as per design finished with 12 mm thk Corian Solid Surface of approved shade and colour, supported on 6-8 nos numbers of mullion boxes, as per design of size 18" x10" made of 18mm thk. BWP finished with 1mm thk laminate of approved shade and Ply inter connected with boxing 10" x 6" (as approved by the architect) on top(below table top ) and at bottom (on floor level), finished in laminate of approved shade. Table top to be finished with 12 mm thk Corian Solid Surface of approved shade and colour andother external surfaces with 1.0 mm thk laminate of approved shade.This supporting boxes shall be then covered with apron on all sides as per design with 19 mm thk plywood finished with approved shade of laminate.Additional legs/ supports in 19 mm thk BWP Ply and finished with approved shade of laminates to be provided at distances as mentioned in the detailed drawings and as per the direction of the architect/ Engineer-in- charge.

Removing and shifting all the existing office furnitures and dismentaling material from the 1st floor to the Ground floor of the office building .

16 Amp. Power point with 2.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated Copper conductor FRLS wires and 1.5 sq.mm. Green PVC insulated copper earth wire in 25 mm dia 16 SWG surface/concealed conduit system including providing and fixing on no. 16Amp. 3 pin /universal 6 pin, 250V socket out let and 16 Amp. 250 Vmodular type switch in MS box with modular cover one point on one circuit.

Wall mounted fan point wiring with 1.5 sq.mm.
