PERIODICAL SERVICES WITH EXTERIOR EMULSION PAINT, PUTTY, OIL BOUND DISTEMPER ALONG WITH CERTAIN ALLIED WORKS AT MD OTM ACCN OF HQ 146 INF BDE ALONGWITH INF UNITS AND SIG COY, RECORDS, WKSP, SUPPLY DEPOT ETC AYODHYA CANTT UNDER AGE(I) AYODHYA.

M & L for one coat of white wash after preparation of decorated old plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing , scrapping down smoke soot , moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for one coat of oil bound distemper after preparation of old decorated distempered surfaces on walls & Ceiling surfaces of approved tint and make all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

M&L for two coat of oil bound distemper after preparation of old decorated distempered surfaces on walls surfaces of approved tint and make all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

M&L for preparing old undecorated surface of wall etc including cleaning with broom and applying one coat of exterior weather proof paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:1 The work shall be executed in multistoried building upto 10 mtr height by providing necessary scaffolding dulyadhering all safety precaution while carrying out work. 2-The cost of scaffolding shall be deemed into the quoted rate and no extra payement shall be made. 3. The exterior weather proof paint shall be executed by the contractor as per MoU from authorised applicator through manufacturer of the material after approval by the AGE(I) ayodhya. 4. The contractor shall upload with the documents under cover I "memmorandum of understanding"(MoU) with atleast one of the manufacturer in the contract failing which the bid shall be liable to be rejected in technical evaluation. 5. Format for MoU is attached herewith as Appx 'D'.

M&L for preparation of old surface of walls by complete removal of existing treatment and applying wall care white (Putty) thickness not less than 2-3 mm and sand papering surface to achieve smooth surface complete all as specified. Note:1 The work shall be executed in multistoried building upto 10 mtr height by providing necessary scaffolding dulyadhering all safety precaution while carrying out work. 2-The cost of scaffolding shall be deemed into the quoted rate and no extra payement shall be made.

Taking down cement plaster on Brick or concrete surfaces incl racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and M & L rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement in patches as in roof top parapet, ceiling of facia and wall complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge. Note-Rendering shall be done with coarse sand only

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of oil bound disemper over a layer of 1mm th wall care putty (Birla/JK White Putty) to obtained smooth finish complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge..

Taking down cement plaster on Brick or concrete surfaces incl racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and M & L rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement in patches as in roof top parapet, ceiling of facia and wall complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge. Note-Rendering shall be done with coarse sand only
