Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surface in area not exceeding 400sqm and depth exceeding 50mm but not exceeding 100mm complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size) (lime stone, sand, quartzite) spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber required with 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of unsurfaced WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags or compressed air to remove all loose, dirt, etc. and applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer @ 10 Kg per 10Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with compressed air to remove all loose, dirt, etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 Kg per 10Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing bituminous premixed semi asphaltic dense concrete 40mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant and laid using mechanical paver and rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 to 12 tonne capacity power roller to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair road studs/cat eye of minimum size 90mmx100mm x 17mm or 100mmx100mmx18.5mm confirming to ASTM standards made from ABS material, dynamically designed having high impact strength and fitted with 02 Nos highly reflective reflectors fixed with highly adhesive materials on bitumen surface including preparation of new or old surface complete all as specified and directed. Supply & Fix in repairs solar stud / cat eye of minimum size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm made from aluminium alloy and construction solar powered by nanocrystal solar panel with one high capacity Ni-Cd rechargeable battery provide with LEDs - 10mm, 3 pieces each side and total of 6 pieces area used for high brightness with backup of 12 hours of continuous light as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge. Material and labour for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. on roads using thermo plastic road marking paint 2.5mm uniform thickness finished with glass beads (MORTH Grade) white or yellow colour with the help of road marking machine including cleaning the surface thoroughly and removing all dirt dust complete all as specified and directed.
