M&L for operation & maintenance of sewage treatment plant installation of capacity 0.35mld (350 KLD) for its smooth functioning of sewage treatment system for all days and consisting of DG Set and including charging of battery at work shop etc, mono block pump sets non clogg VT/HT centrifugal/submersible pump set, air blower set and chlorine dosing system with control panel board and all connecting accessories including repair/ replacement of mino defective parts of DG set, motor pump set, air blower, panel board, chlorine dosing system, valve, pipe line etc along with operating accessories as and when required to ensure serviceability of plant and including cleaning of plant area and cutting of tree branches and removing grass from plant yard and all surrounding area complete and recording of DG set and pump set run in specific described printed log sheet approved by the engineer in charge and log sheet to be supplied by the contractor for all working days including Sun day and holidays for working on two operator, on two shift (0600AM to 1400PM) and (1400PM to 2200PM) basis on 8 hrs of each operator including routine maintenance of plant and operating of valve, and checking valve, pipe line leakage and other minor repair/rectification of all machine and equipments with working of the following component like 01 No DG set upto 40 KVA, 02 Nos sewage submerssible pump set, 02 Nos air blower sets, 02 Nos monoblock pump set 01 No control panel board, 01 No of chlorine dosing system, complete. The all plant equipment out all equipment of one will be run and other will be stand by and including comprising of the following other conected working componenet complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge consisting the followings for the following plants:- (i). Submersible non clogging sewage pump set with motor of any capacity (ii). Treated effluent pump set with motor of any capacity (iii). Air blower of any capacity (iv). Supply and delivery valve, electric panel board (v). Receiving tank (vi). FAB reactor (vii). Tube setter tank (viii). Chlorine contact tank (ix). Treated water tank (x). DG set 40 KVA capacity incuding charging of battery of set (xi). Sludge drying bed (xii). Bar screen (xiii). Liquid chlorine dosing system

M&L for operation & maintenance of sewage installations consisting of electric driven pump sets non clogg VT/HT centrifugal/submersible pump set with panel board and all connected accessories and connected including repair/ replacement of minor defected parts of motor pump, & panel board along with operating accessories as and when required to ensure serviceability of plant including, cleaning of plant area and cutting of tree branches and removing grass from plant yard & all surrounding areas complete and recording of pump set run in specified described printed log sheets as approved by EIC & log sheet to be supplied by the contractor for all working days including Sundays & holidays on one shifts basis of 8 hours from 0800 AM to 1600PM at sewage installations at Gwalior Road near 509 ABW and Raw water pump sets 02 Nos, 01 pump set will be run and other will be stand by installed at 509 ABW complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for operation & maintenance of DG sets installations for its proper smooth functioning and operating of DG set with contol panel board any type any size and all connecting accessories including minor repair work of defected parts of panel board and including charging of batteries as when required to ensure serviceability of DG set including consisting of 1 x 500 KVA DG set at MH Agra including cleaning of plant and removing grass from installation yard and surrounding area and recording of DG sets run in specific log sheet which is as approved by Engineer-in-Charge and log sheet will be supplied by the contractor for all working days and including Sun day and holidays for working on three shifts round the clock 24 Hrs (0600AM to 1400PM), (1400PM to 2200PM) and (2200PM to 0600AM) each shift cosisting one FGM in each shift for 1x500 KVA DG Set installed at MH / Agra complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Notes for item No 2.00 to 4.00:- (i) The plants shall be run for 08/24 hrs daily all working days including sundays and holidays or as per base on user requirements times or as per time schedule direction by AGE E&M /GE and including Sunday and holidays. (ii) The unit rates shall also be deemed to be inclusive for collection of DHPP from AGE E/M yard on own arrangment of veh and labour for transporting from AGE E/M store yard to site and depositing the empty barrel from site to AGE E/M Store yard (iii) The quoted rates shall be deemed to include for checking & maintenance and testing of STP and DG set by well qualifeld techanician for repair / rectification / connection / tightness and also changing of difected partrs which is easly done by techanician at site and making as when required to ensure serviceability of complete plant . (iv) The unit rates shall also be deemed to be inclusive for T & P required for shift duty operator for routine check & maintenance of installation i.e. hand gloves, pliers, testers, DE wrench set, ring spanner set, box wrench set, screw driver set, adjustable wrench,including all type of tool which is required at site. (v) The unit rates shall also be deemed to be inclusive for proforma of log sheet, cleaning material, will be arranged by the contractor at no extra cost.
