PART – A (Work Portion)

Item No.1 :- Providing, supplying, driving, aligning, and installing 6mm thick steel sheet piles (metal shore piles) of the specified section, size, and length for temporary earth retention and excavation support, including lifting, pitching, interlocking, driving with suitable hydraulic/vibratory hammer, cutting to the required level, welding and fixing guide frames/walers/struts wherever required, maintaining line and level, complete with all labour, tools, tackles, machinery, transportation, and incidental works as per approved drawings and the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. The item shall also include removal/extraction of the sheet piles after completion of the work, cleaning, stacking, and shifting within the site, unless otherwise specified..

Item No.2 :- Providing and carrying out diamond wire cutting/diamond saw cutting of existing reinforced cement concrete (RCC) members such as slabs, beams, walls, columns, foundations, and other structural elements to the required size, shape, and depth as per approved drawings, using specialized diamond cutting equipment to achieve smooth, accurate, and vibration-free cuts. The item shall include marking, setting out, necessary scaffolding and access arrangements, water supply for cooling, collection and disposal of slurry, protection of adjacent structures and finishes, lifting and lowering of cut portions wherever required, removal and disposal/stacking of debris within the site premises, and all labour, tools, plants, machinery, consumables, safety measures, and incidentals complete, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Reinforcement encountered during cutting shall also be cut using the same method, complete in all respects..

Item No.3 :- Providing and fixing erosion control coir fabric / blanket for Grass pitching made out of 100% pure coir fibre of 700 GSM weight from Integrated studio or equivallent, inclusive of cost of fixing accessaries and labour charges etc complete

Item No.4 :- Lowering down carefully existing stone masonry of the monument manually in proper order including shifting the stone elements up to a distance of 50 meter beyond the monument area and stacking them as directed by Engineer in-charge, removing building rubbish and cleaning the site

Item No.5 :- Making of moulding / grooving/chamfering on the surface of the formed stone member, as per given design or drawing, by an expert , artisan crafts man,including lights and papering of the finished member if required.

Item No.6 :- Making of moulding or relief architectural carving on the surface of the formed stone member, as per given design or drawing , by an expert,artisan crafts man,including lights and papering of the finished member if required

Item No.7 :- Providing and installation of Saint Gobain CertainTeed Premium Asphalt Roofing shingles and matching Ridge Accessories, Series: Landmark AR, in approved color..... ensuring complete system compatibility and uniform finish. The shingles are fiberglass mat reinforced, asphalt impregnated, manufactured as per ASTM standards with Class A fire rating, and designed with minimum 50% overlap for superior waterproofing performance and durability under temperature variations from -30°C to +90°C. The scope includes precise cutting, sizing, handling, and complete installation of shingles and ridge accessories with required overlap using approved torch method, adhesives, and sealants, strictly as per manufacturer's specifications. 1) Providing and installation of non-asbestos 16mm thickness fiber cement board high-pressure steam-cured standards, used as a roof underlay board. The boards shall be fixed on a supporting frame made of MS RHS/SHS sections as per structural design, with purlin pacing maintained at 600-800 mm centre to centre. The scope includes cutting, sizing, handling, and fixing of boards using self-tapping screws and required hardware and finished as per manufacturer's specifications. 2) Providing and installation of cold-applied bituminous Primer on prepared roof surface to ensure proper adhesion of APP waterproofing membrane. Primer to be applied uniformly at recommended coverage rate and allowed to dry before membrane installation. 3) Providing and installation of 3 mm Thick APP waterproofing membrane with centre core Polyster reinforcement gsm impregnated with high grade bitumen app from both sides. The item includes application of specs one coat of oil based primer on roof surface, cutting, sizing, handling required to install waterproofing membreane with heat torching method, min 50-75 mm overlap in both horizontal and verical joints as per required specification below Roofing shingles complete

Item No.8 :- Design supply of 1.5 hp mono submersible pump sets, with steel mounting frame, grouting bolts,suction mesh cover, etc. Pump Casing- Cast Iron,Impeller  - Cast Iron Shaft-           -        SteelMotor Casing -      Cast Iron Make: KSB/ Texmo/ Kirloskar Pump Casing- Cast Iron,Impeller  - Cast Iron Shaft - Steel Motor Casing -      Cast Iron Make: KSB/ Texmo/ Kirloskar Control  panel  (Outdoor type)suitablefor 26x1.5hp pumpsert in  sheet  steel paint finish  enclosure    with  provision  for  incoming  &  outgoing  cable  entry. Panel comprises of motor main switch, contactors, switch fuse, SPMCB, push button on off switches, indicating lamps, step down transformer, Sequencer for LED Lights etc. complete with internal wiring.  Panel to be placed within 10m from pool Foam jet in aluminium alloy withaccessories Calyx Aerating jet in aluminium construction,. connection 1.5x4core flexible cable 110mm PVC Conduit Pipe with fittings Earthing 12v RGB LED Light, Waterproof luminaries with array of high output of LEDs housed in compact enclosure,  with elastomeric seal.  Special polymide cable gland.  Compact socket head fasteners and mounting bracket . The housing, top cover and bracket are in noryl construction, fasteners of stainless steel.

Item No. 9 :- Design supply of 3hp mono submersible pump sets, with steel mounting frame, grouting bolts,suction mesh cover, etc. Pump Casing- Cast Iron,Impeller  - Cast Iron Shaft - Steel Motor Casing - Cast Iron Make: KSB/ Texmo/ Kirloskar Pump Casing- Cast Iron,Impeller  - Cast Iron Shaft - Steel Motor Casing -      Cast Iron Make: KSB/ Texmo/ Kirloskar Control  panel suitable for 4x3hp pumpset in  sheet  steel paint finish  enclosure    with  provision  for  incoming  &  outgoing  cable  entry. Panel comprises of motor main switch, contactors, switch fuse, SPMCB, push button on off switches, indicating lamps, step down transformer, Sequencer for LED Lights etc. complete with internal wiring.  Panel to be placed within 10m from pool SV&Light Panel: Made of 2 mm thick sheet steel enclosure with epoxy powder coated i)   Main incoming chamber consist of one number rated DP MCCB.
