Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of silent, Diesel engine driven factory assembled, generating set of capacity 160 KVA, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz, 1500 RPM and 0.8 PF confirming to IS 10002, ISO-3046, BS 5514 standard complete with and including Engine and alternator mounted on a common MS fabricated base frame with and including AVM pads, Acoustic enclosure, relay panel for automatic starting on main failure safety control and metering equipments mounted on and including common base frame and installed on PCC/RCC foundation as recommended by manufacturer and approved by GE and suitable for ambient conditions at Pune, environmental eco-friendly as per CPCB norms including provision of the following complete all as specified and directed :- Note:-(i) Material and labour for Excavation and Earth work , PCC/RCC Foundation (as per drawing ) including formwork for installation of DG Set at site is included in quoted rate. Prime Mover : Directly coupled diesel engine electric start, water cooled suitably de-rated of matching BHP for driving 160 KVA capacity, alternator, four stroke confirming to latest IS-10000 Pt-II (1980) for continuous running and capable of taking 10% over load for 1 hour complete with following accessories:- (i) Make of DG Set CUMMINS QS B 6.7 Series, in line four stroke radiator cooled full authority electronic engine or equivalent in make : KIRLOSKAR OIL ENGINE LTD, ASHOK LEYLAND, GREAVES INDIA, CATER PILLAR as approved by GE (ii) Well designed air handling system with dry type replaceabele paper element air cleaner with restriction indicator Air to air after cooler. (iii) Best in class fuel economy with Bosch HPCR fuel system with A1 Class electronic governing, dual fuel filter system, pre filter including water separator and water in fuel (iv) Standard integral set mounted radiator system designed and tested for 500 Centigrade ambient temperature (v) Flexible coupling with guards. (vi) Lubricating oil filter.

(vii) Anti-vibration pad as recommended by manufacturers (viii) Electrical Starter motor with soft start engagement feature (ix) Necessary arrangement for battery charging system. Supply, install, testing and commissioning of AMF Panel for 160 KVA DG Set, out door cubical type as per IE/CPRI rules with IP-54 protection, dust and vermin proof, compartmentalised, made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet, fixed on MS angle iron frame of 50mm x 50mm x 6 mm thick of required type for supporting double door both sides open type with and including necessary locking arrangement with and including slope roof on top duly painted with two coats of powder coated sense grey paint with seven tank process complete and having separate doors inside for accommodating all incoming/out going cables and other relevant standards mounted on and including provision of necessary plinth in PCC 1:3:6, type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate for foundation and PCC pillars with and including suitable size of nut, bolts and washers grouted as required at site including necessary formwork and as per manufacturer's instructions including provision of the following items complete all as specified and directed :- NOTE:- Drawing of LT Panel board and connections shall be got approved by GE before manufacture of panel board. Supply and fix in repair, connect, test and commissioning of LT underground cable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium multi stranded aluminium conductor heavy duty 1100 Volts grade in trenches/on wall/poles laid in ducts/inside protection pipe of the following sizes including cable glands, lugs and suitable size of MS saddle clips (where ever cable laid in ceilings/walls without cable duct) for the size 3.5 core 240 sqmm.complete all as specified and directed Notes : (i) Excavation, sand cushioning, brick protection will be measured and paid separately (ii) Cost of jointing material e.g. lugs, thimbles, nut bolt and washers shall include in quoted rates.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with glavanised steel earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx6.3mm thick buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground leves) with top edge of the plate not less 1.5 meter deep below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron earth strip 32mm x 6 mm by means of nut , bolt, check nut and washer of galvanised iron or of steel, earth lead protected by 40mm dia GI pipe light grade, watering pipe 20mm dia GI light grade, GI wire meshed funnel,alternate layer of charcoal and salt, PCC chamber type C1 (1:3:6) using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate including RCC cover 40mm thick type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 100mm c/c both ways including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre all as specified and as shown on plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I 2009 complete including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter deep for taking out/laying of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed and getting out in:- (a) Soft/loose soil

(b) Hard/dense soil

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soils complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50meter depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for spreading riddled earth as obtained from excavation work in trenches/ducts for electric cables protection complete as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Riddled earth specification should be as per IS 1255

Material and labour for bricks sub class 'B' laid flat dry across the cable for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
