Dismantling/ Demolation brick tiles or terracing tiles including existing roof treatment, single layer of roofs complete all as directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate with smooth finished surface without using extra cement in terracing or padding over roof all as specified and directed.

M/L for roof treatment with polymeric water proofing membrane with certain specification given below as under complete all as specified & directed) (a) Cleaning and brooming the surface of roof. (b) M&L for 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction , laying over green concrete surfaces, finishing the surface even and smooth with out using extra cement , complete all as specified and directed. (WPC measured separately) (c) After the concrete is fully dried. It shall be cleaned free from dust and shall be painted with a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.40 liters/Sqm. (d) After primer, the entire roof surface shall be applied with hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 conforming to IS-702 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm (e) Over hot bitumen, polymeric water proofing membrane consisting of 90 to 100 micron thick central core of HMHDPE film with standard weight not less than 3 Kg/Sqm shall be laid with 100mm side lap/end lap on prepared surfaces as of manufacture’s technical representation. prepared surfaces and fusing the joints with blow torch application. (f)applying a tack coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 @ 0.3 Kg/Sqm. (g) Apply one coat of aluminium paint (0.2kg/sqm).

Supply only liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantling framed work in filletes, rails, posts, rafters, purlins etc under 40 sqcm in section.

Dismentling of boarding of any desciption and any position

S & F GI powder coated snap grid frame work for false celling comprising of the following sections for making partitions of 600x600 mm size fixed to walls with rawl plugs & screws and hanged to roof with and including 2mm dia SS wire suspender of suitable length and drilling and screwing to RCC roof including dismantling of existing false ceiling of GI framework and fibre cement board complete all as specified and as directed :- (i) main tee of size -38mmx24mmx0.3mm (ii) cross tee of size -28mmx24mmx0.3mm (iii) wall angle - 24mmx24mmx0.3mm S & F of 4 mm thick cement fibre board E-Board Classic (Make-Everest/Armstrong) for false ceiling of approved texture od size, 595 X 595 mm size to be place on snapgrid frame complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre and supplying and fixing of GI wire mesh of 0.56mm nominal dia and 1.18mm size aperture to ceiling on GI frame work to receive POP false ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing 10mm thick plaster of paris ceiling (Gypsum anhydrous) to flat surface with sunk or raised mouldings over 2nd class soft wood fillets, or metal frame work and reinforced with G.I. wire mesh (Fillets, metal frame work and G.I. wire mesh paid separately)

M&L for applying two coats of acrylic emulsion paint over and including wall care putty 3mm thick including preparation of ceiling surfaces complete complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of wooden chowkats or frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exc. 1.50 Sqm & n.exc. 4 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed .

S & F for 2nd class hardwood, plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix pressed steel frames for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fitting lugs, hinges, lock strike plates etc completed size of frame 125x60mm made out of 1.25mm Thick mild steel sheets complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fixing pressed steel frames for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fitting lugs, hinges, lock strike plates etc completed size of frame 105x60mm made out of 1.25mm Thick MS sheets complete all as specified & directed.

S & F 35 mm thick Factory Made Flush shutters of solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type with 1mm thick laminate on both sides complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 35mm thick factory Made glazed and skelton shutters of 2nd class hardwood open rebated and prepaired to receive glass gauge etc divided into square with edge of sash bars and framing moulded beads for securing glass etc. size of member of shutter as specified in SSR Pt-I section 8 clause 8.24(a) all as specified and directed.

S & F 300 mm mild steel ,ordinary rat tail rod pattern springs including roller and roller plate complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fix aluminium anodized barrel tower bolts 200mm long, of extruded section complete all as specified & directed.

S&F 300 mm long ISI Mark aluminium anodized sliding door bolt, plate type, stove enameled black with bright bolt not less than 12 mm dia with and including a minimum of 6 bolts and nuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple plate complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fix ISI Mark aluminium handles 150 mm long, cast type, anodized complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fix mild steel butt hinges 100mm long complete all as specified and directed .
