REPAIR/REPLACEMENT/CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINE MANHOLES, SEPTIC TANKS AND SOAK WELL ETC INCL MISC WORK AT HAFT CHINAR AND TATOO GROUND UNDER GE970 EWS.

M&L for Cleaning/ clearing and maintanace of sewage lines, man holes including CI/PVC stacks, gully traps, floor traps, under ground lines any depth by removing any type of blockage from drain/ drain pipe up to and including 250mm dia by mechinal machine method ( using pipe cleaning machine with auger function standard or specialised) from manholes and flushing with water with pressure using water hose pipe connected with water trolleys after cleaning including manholes, sludges/sludge effluent to be disposed off as directed by enge -in- charge including taking off manholes covers and refixing the same after cleaning of sewage lines /manholes cleared/cleaned. under this item lines to be maintained and kept fully functional by removing any type of blockage for 11 months from the date of commencement of first work order. the cost of this operation/ provision shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the contractor. Note :- (i) The contractor/site superivisor will attend the complaint cell of AGE B/R-II to receive the complaint slips daily at 0830 hrs to carry out the complaints and completion report will be submitted to concerned JE/AGE in the same day i.e. before 1700 hrs.

M&L for Dewatering of contaminated waste effulient from septic tank/ Soakage well of any capacity and depth by vehicle mount sewage cleaning machine and jetting and disposal to low lying area upto distance of 2 Km incl taking off and refixing manholes covers etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (i) The contractor/site superivisor will attend the complaint cell of AGE B/R-II to receive the complaint slips daily at 0900 hrs to carry out the complaints and completion report will be submitted to concerned JE/AGE before 48 hrs as per complaint slip time.

Cleaning of septic tank of any capacity and depth incl inlet chamber, outlet chamber removing out all sludge, Silt, residue waste material (organic/inorganic nature) by vehicle mount sewage cleaning machine and required manpower after plugging the incoming sewage line and depositing the waste upto 2 km distance and burrying the same in suitable size of pit and covering the same with earth and removal of surplus soil all as directed by engineer in charge. (i) The contractor/site superivisor will attend the complaint cell of AGE B/R-II to receive the complaint slips daily at 0900 hrs to carry out the complaints and completion report will be submitted to concerned JE/AGE before 48 hrs as per complaint slip time. Notes :(a) Cost of excavation of pit and covering the same with earth is to be included in unit rate. (b) Rates against item No.1 to 3 includes for : (i) Cleaning and clearing/disposing off all the sludge/ sewage contaminated water in solid / semi solid / liquid state from sewage lines, manholes etc as detailed in above item No.1 to 3 will be carried out during the 1st 3 months from the date of commencement of work order N0.1 and there after shall be maintained for blockage free and smooth functioning of all the sewage lines and related sewage items as detailed in item N0.1 above for a period of eight months i.e., the date of completion of contract given in work order No.1. Engagement one supervisor along with two sweeper cum sewage drain attendent along with T&P required on daily basis for a period of eleven month for attending the daily sewage related complaints. the complaints shall be collected daily at 0830 hours from the office of Engr-in-charge by contractor/Contractor's supervisor and shall be got signed from the user occupant after clearing the complaints. These complaint slips will also be got signed at Engr-in-charge office daily after the satisfactory completion of each complaint. No complaint shall be kept pending/unattented for a period of 48 hours. any damage to man hole covers, gully tarp covers, CI assess doors of CI pipes any dia, PVC pipes/fitting, 'P' traps, floor traps during the process of cleaning/clearing shall be made good by the contaractor by the contractor by replacing same by new items without ant extra cost to the govt. (ii) If contractor fail to complete the complaint within stipulated period i.e 48 Hrs a recovery of Rs 300 per complaint per day will be levied.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 150 mm dia ( salit glazed ware, AC or rienforced conc ) set in cement Mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 200 mm dia ( salit glazed ware, AC or rienforced conc ) set in cement Mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving n. exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for salt glazed stone ware drain pipe Grade-A 150mm bore laid in trenches, jointed and tested as per IS-651-1980 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for salt glazed stone ware drain pipe Grade-A 200mm bore laid in trenches, jointed and tested as per IS-651-1980 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for concrete bed to drain pipes 150mm bore laid bed including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item no. 10 above but dia 200mm bore.

Returning filling in layers including leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus spoil to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved in plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM (1:6) using old size bricks complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item no. 15 above but except bricks.

Material & labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands plinth cources, roof kerbs or mud stops, benching, coping, bed plates, parapets, water throughs and the like etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles throating etc complete including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling, mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Cutting into existing manhole removing existing drain making good to wall and rendering cutting out branch channel and making good benching for 150mm dia pipe in cement concrete 1:2:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of RCC of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for sunken floor complete all as specified and directed.
