Potholes/Renovation work of the service road

Earth work in cutting in ordinary soil i/c ramming and dressing the surface to the required levels and slopes and deposited as spoil bank within 200m etc complete as per directed by Engineer -in -charge.

Earth work in Embankment by Power Transport earth with a lead beyond 200 m and up to 1.0km including excavation, loading, unloading, manual compaction ,dressing and all lift complete excluding royalty.

supplying and placing earth filled E.C bags with local earth sewing and placing in position including all cost of materials, labour and T&P etc complete.

Cleaning thick bushes and thorny jungle without uprooting etc complete

Constrction of Granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface ,mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC andcompaction with vibratory roller to achieve desired density as per clause 401 S.L. 4-II of MORD specification.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting machine crushed stone aggregates of 63-45 mm sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading II and thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting machine crushed stone aggregates of 53-22.40 mm sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading III and thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using VG-10 grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A, Type B or Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508.

Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with VG-10 grade bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510.

Brick linning on both sides of road of M-150 Bricks 7cm wide 11cm deep laid with mud mortar incl labour & supply of bricks finished to the required template and in proper alignment and also incl dressing and ramming the excavated earth as directed by Engineer in charge
