Taking out LT cable, 1100 volts grade heavy duty, aluminium conductor of size upto 35 Sqmm from trench/cable duct/through wall/pole carefully, removing defective length, stacking aside for re use or for taking credit to contractor complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item of BOQ.

All as per Srl Item 1 but of size of cable 50 Sqmm to 95 Sqmm

Laying only cable of size 10 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Laying only cable of size 35 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Laying only cable of size 50 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, connecting and testing XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 Volt grade cross sectional area 35 Sqmm 3.5 core with aluminium termination lugs, laid in trench/cable duct/through wall/pole and making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 6 but Size 50 sqmm 3.5 core

All as per item No 6 but Size 10 sqmm 2 core

Supply and fixing in replacement of GI tubing, light grade 50 mm bore with fittings laid for protection of cable under road crossing/ fixed to walls or pole including necesary PCC grouting (1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates) on wall complete all as specified and as directed. (clamps for fixing pipe, nuts, bolts washers shall be measured separately )

All as per item No 9 but 40 mm bore

Taking out old u/s LT busbar chamber box of any size/type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning in replacement LT busbar chamber box, indoor type, wall mounted, made out of CRCA sheet 2.00 mm thick, CPRI approved, weather proof, dust and vermin proof, IP-43, powder coated with 8 tank process, with common electrolytic, sleeve insulated Aluminium bus-bar 100 Amps, 3 phase 4 wire system, 415 volts AC, single side openable, and locking arrangements for compartment grouting on wall in PCC 1:1.5:3 type A0 using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate including MCCB of 63 Amps, 4 pole, 415Volts, 50Hz with fixed magnetic and fixed thermal complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 12 but busbar capacity 150 Amps and comprising fixed Thermal magnetic MCCB of 100Amps (Incomer)

Taking out old u/s copper cable of any size/type complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for PVC insulated un sheathed industrial cables copper conductor of 1100 Volts grade confirming to IS-694/2010 of size 10 sqmm single core including necessary connection busbar to DB box having suitable size of flexible conduit pipe including taking down old u/s cable complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 15 but multicore flexible copper cable conductor of 1100 Volts grade of size 1.5 sqmm 3 core

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED post top luminaire 40 watt 240 volts with spun aluminium graphaite grey dust powder coated finished canopy top with cast aluminium spigot houshing ,opal acrylic diffuser is provided,low power LEDs connected in series and parallel combination with better heat dissipation arrangement, highly efficient constant current electronic driver having operating voltage range from 140-280volt AC, provided with high voltage, open and short circuit protection .IP 65 protection including taking down old u/s post top luminaire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED street light 45W 230 volts with surge protection not less than 4 KV inbuilt driver & minimum 10 KV separate in the light housing, power coated pressure die cast aluminimum housing, IP 65 protection, high power LED street light with heat resistent toughened glass including brackets made of GI pipe of suitable dia medium grade, bend to shape at an angle of 65 degree not less than 1.2mtr long with 2 Nos. of M.S clamp fabricated out of MS flat of size 50 x 6 mm on pole, including nuts, bolts, washers etc and making electrical connections, PVC insulated sheathed 3 core 1.5 sqmm copper conductor copper wire of suitable size from street light to junction and making electrical connections with twin core twisted copper conductor flexible copper wire of suitable size from street light to ceiling rose complete all as and directed. Notes:- 1. Driver shall be potted antivibration type. 2. LM-79 and LM-80 for 50000 burning hours 3. CRI (Colou Rendring Index) of fixture shall be > 70. 4. CCT (Colout Correlated Temprature of fixture shall be 5700K ± 300 K. 5. System Lumen Efficacy shall be > 100Lm/W 6. 10 KV separate Surge Protection shall be provided as a part of fitting. 7. PCB used shall be MC PCB type 8 The fittings shall have arrangement so that maintaince required, if any can be carried out from Top cover. 9. Name of manufacturer should be embessed on fitting.

Supply and fix in replacement of junction box water proof outdoor type made out of SMC of exterenal dimensions 170x170x105 mm, single door type hinged with locking arrangement front operated with one number MCB 06 Amps capacity for housing single phase and neutral busbar including connecting the incoming/outgoing cables including cable glands and fixed to the existing poles with mild steel clamp flat of size 25 mm x 4 mm with nut,bolts including taking down old u/s complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches in soft / loose soil, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation of poles, trenches for laying of cable, or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr and deposting where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each all as required and directed.

Supply and fixing of DWC HDPE 75mm bore, laid for protection of cable under ground , floors, fixed to walls or pole including taking down of existing pipe complete all as specified and as directed. (clamps for fixing pipe, nuts, bolts washers shall be measured separately )

All as per item 23 but size 100mm bore .

Material and Labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregrate for coping of poles and foundation of stay complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cable end jointing kit, heat shrinkable, 1100 volts grade complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 2/3.5 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 35-50 sqmm size complete all as specified and directed. Note: Cost of excavation, returning filling if required is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Dismantling aluminium conductor of LT OH line after unbinding from insulators for replacement /re-stringing of damaged conductors including seggregating serviceable/unserviceable conductors for re-use or for shifting to MES store for taking credit to contractor complete all as specified and directed.

Restringing of dismantled aluminium conductor on LT OH line with new aluminium binding wire including stretching with 3% sag, re-connecting of all cables disconnected jumpers with proper jointing with binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement ACSR of LT OH line including securing with insulators using aluminium binding wire, jointing jumpers etc including all disconnected cables, jumpers with proper binding complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling earth wire from LT OH line after unbinding from pole for re-use or for shifting to MES store for taking credit to contractor complete all as specified and directed.

Restringing and restretching dismantled earth wire from LT OH line including securing with insulators using GI binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Galvanised steel earth wire of service feeder or distributor span of street light poles including binding with insulators using GI binding wire, jointing jumpers etc including connections of incoming and out going cables complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc from LT poles complete and setting aside for re-use or shifting to MES store for taking credit to contractor complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only cross arms items with supports/ angle iron frame etc incl nut, bolt, washer, welding, bending, hot or cold drilling holes for insulators bolts in any size or shape complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed ,welding and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking old/UNSV stay assembly including Stay wire and insulator complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement stay assembly complete with MS stay plate of size 300x300x6mm thick, stay rod 20 mm dia, stay bow, nuts, bolts and check nuts of GI all as shown in EP No 01 of SSR Part-I, 2009 complete all as specified and directed. ( Excavation, PCC, saty wire and loop type insulators will be measured separately)

M&L in replacmement galvanized stay strand of 7/4mm size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacmement loop type insulator large size with overall dimensions (90 x140) mm with clearance of hole 25.5 mm vitreous white brown or green complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling insulators of any type, any size complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only shackle type insulators complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only pin type insulators complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacmement shackle type insulator, 100 mm height, 115 mm dia, 31x5 mm strap, 14 mm dia bolts Porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including galvanised mild steel straps, washers, insulator bolts, washers and nuts, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacmement Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100 mm height, 65 mm dia for 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement electronic driver (as per sample) suitable for LED fittings 45 watts any type and make complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MNX contactor 40Amps 4 pole 415V AC with NO/NC complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCB TPN 40Amps 415V complete all as specified and directed.

Restretching of ACSR, GI wire of LT OH line running on poles by means of pulling jack maintaining sag not more than 3% in each span including replacment all binding wires in between all span and on terminations including jointing of all cable, jumper connection provided with new binding wire or jumpers complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Quoted Rate shall deemed to be included for each span of 5 nos of conductors.

Deduct Total amount of SCHEDUL 'A' SECTION-II (SCH OF CREDIT) Rs 2,03,265.00 ( to be deducted from Schedule ‘A’ (BOQ) to arrive at the Contract Sum.
