Dismantling of brick tiles of terracing tiles single layer on roofs complete all as specified and directed

Demolition mud in roofs any thickness including and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) including tarfelt etc and removing debris by any means out side of defence land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing, cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stop, rounded or chamfered on edges including making kerbs at wall and roof junction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old roof surfaces by brooming and watering, cleaning all dust particles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in padding / levelling course of average thickness not exceeding 50 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment on existing roof with the following specification complete :- (a) Preparation of surface and M&L for 10 mm thick (average) plaster on roof in CM (1:4) with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction. (b) Apply bituminous primer @ 0.3 Ltr / Sqm confirming to IS-3384-1965 on prepared surface till the surface is properly pregnated. (c) Apply hot bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 Kgs / Sqm confirming to IS 702 - 1988. (d) Laying APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane 3 mm thick of weight not less than 3.00 Kg / Sqm. Note :- (i) The work of water proofing treatment shall be got executed through expert team of manufactures or authorized applicator of manufacturer. (ii) Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective items complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick brick tiles laid over 15 mm thick bedding layer of CM (1:6) and joints grouted flush in CM (1:3) mixed with crude oil @ 5% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.7 above buyt except tiles complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Old tiles shall be reused obtained from item No.01 here in before.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surfaces fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer on new plastered wall surfaces including preparation complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI pipe 100 mm dia as in spout etc complete all as specified and directed.
