Supply and fixing ceiling fan,heavy duty,AC,single phase ,230/240 volt,50 cycles, of size 1200mm sweep complete and connection with electric system and provision of 03 core PVC insulated flexible cord with stranded copper conductor of 1.0Sqmm from ceiling rose to fan complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing distribution board iron clad, double door with IP-43 1K -09 protection suitable for MCCB as incomer and MCB as outgoing 415 volts 3 phase 50 C/s 4 way, complete with appropriate size of copper bus bar and neutral link confirming to cat pt No. 607790 of Legrand or equivalent of make Hager/ Merlin Gerin complete with one MCCB 3 pole 415 volts 100 Amps rating with rupturing cap 16 KA of the same make as of distributon board and including cutting chases to wall for fixing DB and making good the disturbed wall surface all as required at site or directed by Engr-in-Charge.

ROAD/PATH AND HARDSTANDING

M&L for chequered cement concrete tile (reletive type coloured) 30cm x 30cm x 20mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor with grey cement and pigment over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, Make: Ultra/NITCO/NTC.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

M&L for cutting existing pipeline of size 80mm for making new conection by providing & insertion by new CI Tee equal/collar/bend/flange of appropirate size including all as required at site complete incl testing commissioning on completion.

Material and labour for valve pit of size 45x45x45 cm(internal dimensions of the chamber)including brick masonary with cement motor with 1:6,23 cm and flush pointing externaly work proceeds in the same motar complete with the the following specification and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (i) 10mm thick plaster internally in CM 1:6 (ii) Flooring 40mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 over 75mm thick hard core of gauge not exc 63mm thick. (iii) Angle iron frame 40x40x6mm thick for cover and mild steel 3mm thick cover with locking arrangement ,handle and necessary hinges etc (iv) PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 100mm thick in foundation (v) Two coat of synthetic enamelled paint to cover internally and externally over a paint of Red oxide

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply install, commissioning and testing LT panel Outdoor, cubical type, double door, floor mounted, made out of 3.0 mm thick MS sheet as outer cover and 2mm thick internal partitions duly powder coated complete with aluminium bus bar 400 amps rating mounted on epoxy based post insulators duly drilled holes for connections, with air vent made of 50 x 50 x 6 mm thick, angle iron frame all as specified including necessay foundation grouted in PCC 1:2:4 for mounting the panel suitable for 415 Volts, 50 C/s 3 phase and neutral system and ,internal wiring with suitable size of PVC insulated copper cable, copper lugs comprising of following accessories :-

Supply and fix Junction Box made of mild steel 1.6mm thick of size 250mm x 200mm x 150mm including 04 Nos aluminium bus bar of 2mm thick duly fitted on the suitable insulator with fixing arrangement and including SP MCB 6 Amps clamped with pole complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for two run single core zero halogen flame retardant insulated cable 2.5 Sqmm with unilay aluminiumn conductor and drawn through pole from junction box to street light connection, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting of road for passing cable through roads including re-surfacing of disturbed road surface with premixed carpet, WBM etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

AIR CONDITIONING

Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation ,single phase naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 170V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of +/-2.5% and of capacity 5 KVA.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL

M&L for On site LLDPE conventional septic tank designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, Vent shaft, connection etc., complete for 20 users complet all as shown on drawing and directed.

M&L for Soakage wells excavation, in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of Brick masonary in CM, RCC cover slab in M25/ SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats of size 1.2 M dia X 3.0 M effective depth effective depth complet all as shown on drawing and directed.
