SUPPLY INSTALLATION TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF 1600KVA OLTC POWER TRANSFORMER WITH REQUIRED ACCESSORIES ON TURNKEY BASIS AT BEMUL

1(a) The tenderer should be a manufacturer who must have manufactured, tested and supplied the materials/equipment(s) similar to the type specified / Minimum 250 KVA Transformer in the Schedule of Requirements up to at least 02 to 03 Nos. in any one of the last three years. (b) Tenders of tenderers quoting as authorized representative of a manufacturer, meeting with the above requirement in full, can also be considered provided:(i) the manufacturer furnishes authorization in the prescribed format assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations as per GCC and SCCand(ii) the tenderer, as authorized representative/dealer, has supplied, installed and commissioned satisfactorily at least 01 to 02 Nos of the quantity similar/ Minimum 250 KVA Transformer to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements in any one of the last three years

2.The tenderer should furnish the information on all past supplies and satisfactory performance for both (a) and (b) above, in proforma under Section XII.

3.Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum one year financial turnover of Rs. 200 Lakhs

Last 3 Years Turnover with Audited Balance Sheet is Mandatory

PAN/GST registration, Service Tax & ESI, EPF registration certificate, etc., as applicable.

The bidder should clearly mention the supplied transformer make name, out of the six makes specified in the specification, in the documents uploaded on the tender portal.

6.The Tenderer shall without fail visit the proposed site and sign the attendance register placed in the proposed construction site and submit the Feasibility report regarding men, material & completion of work to Managing director BEMUL and obtain due acknowledgement for the same on or before 12-06-2026 up to 5.30 PM and upload the acknowledged document along with Technical Bid. Failing to comply with these Norms will make the Tender liable to Rejection

Work Executed from Class -I Electrical Contractor License Holder

Mandatorily registered with the Employees State Insurance Corporation and Employees Provident Fund with no default. In support of this, the Tenderer shall upload Relevant Documents along with the Technical Proposal, failing to comply with these Norms will make the Tender liable to Rejection

The bidder should enclose the KPTCL/HESCOM-approved vendor certificate.

10.The warranty for the equipment period of three 3 years
