M&L Brick work with fly ash Bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick on concrete surface in CM 1:4, mixed with liquid water proofing compound mixed with as per manufacturer's instructions surface finishd even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid seperately .

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hard core of broken stone or boulders of gauge not exc 63mm deposited, spread & levelled in layers not exc 15cm thick, including watering and ramming to a true surface complete all as specified and directed. Note : Volume of hard core after consolidation will be measured and paid.

M&L providing cement concrete (1:3:6) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, parapets and road side kerb stone, coping, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, finished using extra cement, including forms, moulds complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 as in surface channels and drains (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggreage) as in cover slabs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT MS bars of 10mm dia and over cut to lengh bent to shape reqd incl cranking bending spirally for hooking for column and binding with MS annealed wire not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 8mm dia for steel TMT bars cut to length bend to shape required for stirrups including cranking, hooking and binding with steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 80mm thick Machine pressed factory made precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks with using grey cement and pigment of Grade M-40 of any size & shape confirming to IS 15658-2006 as directed such as I-shape, Uni, Octagonal, Three-X, Dumble, Zig Zag etc. laid over & including 25mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with air compressor to remove loose dirt etc, and applying evenly a priming tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 Sqm with paving bitumen VG-10 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm consolidate thickness with 5.5% binder content paving bitumen VG-30 by weight of total mix and stone dust using as filler material laid with mechanical paver rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

S&F solar powered road studs (Cat eyes) aluminium die cast body of size 130 x 130 x 90mm with 06 Nos of LED three on each side fitted with high efficiency crystalline silicon cellcapable of taking load upto 16 tones including drilling grouting and fixing with two component epoxy complete all as specified and directed. Make - TATA / Surya / Dark Eye / Sharp Eye / Avery Dennision.

Repair to pot holes of any depth, not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth. Making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with steel wire brushes for removing caked / mud etc sweeping with brooms finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly priming tack coat with bituminous primer VG-30 grade @ 10 Kgs per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new / old surfaces providing and making lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on road with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint min 2.0 mm thick complete in all respects such as furnishing all labour, material, tool, Equipment incl all incidental cost necessary to carryout the work at site conforming to technical specification clause no.803 of MORTH specifications 4th Revision of 2001/Latest edition complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair raised reflective road stud manufactured with high impact resistant plastic body of size 110 x 128 x 30mm or equivalent in sware flex / ACME / Road Star as approved by GE fitted with polycarbonate micro prismatic reflector element on two sides, fixed over road surface with epoxy adhesive as per manufactureres instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance exc 250m but n.exc 500m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
