M & L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, in skirting/ dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete, /backing coat in cement mortar(1:3) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite and moulding the corners/edges, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix, vitreous china counter top (self rimming) wash hand basin, white in colour of size 630mmx500mm including circular cuting and tucked in granite slab including 15mmdia cast copper alloy chromium plated fancy type single lever basin mixer, 32mm dia brass CP waste fitting and connections to waste pipe and water pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Small fittings galvanised iron medium grade such as socket, elbow, nipple, tank nipple Tee, reducer sockets for 15 mm bore pipe, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 110mm PVC (SWR) pipes double socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall with suitable size of mild steel clamp and screw, including making good mouth of rain water pipe in cement mortar 1:3 or PCC 1:2:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down existing bitumen felt roof treatment including cement mortar bedding and cleaning the surface, and removal out side the MoD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of mud phuska in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof), including removing soil exc 1.50 km but n exc. 5 km(out side MoD land) and depositing where directed, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4)type B-1, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates, using integral water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement as in padding concrete to sunken floor. Coving /gola to junction of the floor and virtical walls including chamfering on edges, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Supply only waterproofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L 15mm thick cement plaster on roof or wall surfafes in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instruction @ 0.2Ltr per 50kgs by weight of of cement on concrete surfaces,finished even and fair without using extra cement, after applying neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm, including wire brushing sweeping, cleaning, washing down to remove all loose dust etc. and preparing roof surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- WPC will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for water proofing treatment of roof/sunken floor consisting as under:- (a) Applying a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384:1986 @ 0.30 Ltr/ Sqm including preparation of roof surfaces. (b) A lsyer of 3mm thick APP polymer mambrane of weight not less than3.67Kg/ Sqm, reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 160 Gms/Sqm) duly sealed at over laps(100mm side lap and 150mm end over lap) and joint with LPG flame by torch aplication) all as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Srl no. 133 here-in-before but on vertical surfaces, over primer hot blown bitumen @ of 0.30 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L cutting out cracks to V-section in existing RCC roofs or tarracing, cleaning out, wetting ,grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 40mm thick brick tiles laid on 15mm thick cement mortar screed bedding in cement mortar (1:6) and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement on tiles are bedded in cement mortar (1:6) or lime mortar (1:3), 15mm thick, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing only(brick tiles retrived from dismantling) for 40mm thick brick tiles laid on 15mm thick cement mortar screed bedding in cement mortar (1:6) and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement on tiles are bedded in cement mortar (1:6) or lime mortar (1:3), 15mm thick, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floors, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4)type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates, using integral water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement as in padding concrete to sunken floor.
