Work of replacement of damaged CT of 11KV OCB/VCB, CT will be provide by department free of cost. (as per scope of work 11)

Work of Tightening of jumper joint of 33 KV overhead line of 33/11 KV substation inside PTPS. (as per scope of work 12)

Work of cleaning of porcelain portion of post support insulators of 33/11 KV sub station. (Emery paper, Petrol will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.) (as per scope of work 13)

Complete overhauling of 11 KV bus duct of 33/11 KV sub station inside PTPS (of 3 nos feeder with 1 nos incomer feeder of 11 KV OCB/VCB Panel). (as per scope of work14)

Work of replacement of gasket sheet of distribution transformers up to 630 KVA of inside PTPS and its various colonies. (as per scope of work 15)

To attending the oil Leakage of 11/0.4KV Transformer of PTPS in top LT/HT bushing, required material arranged by contractor at his own cost. (as per scope of work 16)

To attending the oil Leakage in gasket washers of LT/HT busing and top callers of LT/HT Rod of 33/11KV, 5MVA T/F of PTPS required material arranged by contractor at his own cost. (as per scope of work)

To attending the oil leakage of 33/11KV, 5MVA T/F of PTPS after replacement of top cover gasket and gasket washers of busing and callers & LT/HT rods required material arranged by contractor at his own cost.

Preventive checking & filling of new / centrifuging transformer oil in 5MVA, 33/11 KV transformer of PTPS up to required Level in conservator. This work includes shifting of oil drums from EDD stores to sub-station, changing of new silica gel and testing of transformers.(as per scope of work) (new silica gel will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost and T/F oil will be provided by the department free of cost )

This work includes shifting of oil drums from EDD stores to sub-station, changing of new silica gel and testing of transformers (new silica gel will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost and T/F oil will be provided by the department free of cost ) 250/100KVA

Work of cleaning and epoxy coating on 11KV epoxy C.T. (EPOXY, Emery paper, Petrol will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost)

Repairing/Replacement of burnt/damaged epoxy C.T. (11 kv) with new one of ratio 200/100/5 OR 600/300/5 OR 400/200/ 5 OR 200-100/1-1 of 11 KV Breaker panel (GEC/L&T make) at 33/11 kV sub station inside plant Compatible to the existig system. (CT will be provided by the contractor at his own cost.) (guarantee of New C.T. will be 12 months)

Repairing of burnt/damaged 11 KV GEC make oil filled P.T. with replacement of defective components like backelised paper bushing, porcelain insulators, HRC Fuse, Male & Female contacts and rewinding of coils with same gauge, ‘A’ class super enamel copper wire, including cleaning and varnish with good quality chemicals, testing and calibration with all labour T&P etc. All materials as noted above will be provided by the contractor at his own cost. The scrap materials will be the property of the contractor. (guarantee of repaired P.T. will be 6th month)

Centrifuging of transformer oil with conecting centrifuging machine pipe lines and circulate the transformer oil by centrifuging machine and take IR and BDV value periodically to obtain required value. (a) 11/0.4 KV, 250 KVA

Replacement of damaged silica gel pot with new one along with silica gel (material shall be arranged by the firm)

Supply and fixing of Female contact finger with Tip and Lamination (copper make) for GEC make 11 KV OCB (KAD Type) of 1200 Amp. capacity.

Supply and fixing of Speed control device assembly for GEC make 11 KV OCB (KAD Type) of 1200 Amp. capacity.

Replacement of Terminal bushing for GEC make 11 KV OCB (KAD Type) of 1200 Amp capacity/Terminal bushing (Contact Arm) for L&T make 11 KV VCB of 1250 Amp capacity. (supply by the contractor at his own cost.)

Replacement of Bevel Gear for GEC make 11 KV OCB (KAD Type) of 1200 Amp capacity. (supply by the contractor at his own cost.)

Replacement of 24 V DC Coil Assly for GEC make 11 KV OCB (KAD Type) of 1200 Amp./L&T make 11 KV VCB of 1250 Amp capacity. (supply by the contractor at his own cost.)

Replacement of TULIP CONTACT Assly (copper make) for GEC make 11 KV OCB (KAD Type) of 1200 Amp. Capacity/FINGER CONTACT Assly (copper make) for L&T make 11 KV VCB of 1250 Amp. capacity. (supply by the contractor at his own cost.)

Replacement of Link mechanism Assly for GEC make 11 KV OCB (KAD Type) of 1200 Amp. capacity.(supply by the contractor at his own cost.)

Replacement of Main Latch for GEC make 11 KV OCB (KAD Type) of 1200 Amp.capacity. (supply by the contractor at his own cost.)
