Charges for Inspection and Hydraulic Testing of BFP Lub oil/Working oil cooler Assembly. Disconnecting the Lub oil /Working Oil lines from the Cooler after draining the sump oil, dismantling the water boxes, separation of tube nest from the cooler and cleaning the inner surface of shells, tube nest and conducting the hydraulic test to the rated pressure, reconditioning of shell outer surface by welding if necessary, plugging the tubes if puncture deducted and reassembling of cooler and the connected parts with the renewed gaskets & 'O' rings. Including consumables, transportation, SS wire mesh and hire charges of T&P's.

Charges for Disconnecting the Balancing leak-off line, suction & discharge flanges of BFP, Removing the old gaskets and cleaning the flange surfaces, reassembling the leak-off, suction and discharge flanges with renewed gaskets, renewal of worn out cooling water line & oil line valves including cutting and welding works if required, renewal of worn out flanges & view glass arrangements and checking for any leakages before commissioning and attending the defects. Including consumables, Transportation and hire charges of T&P's.
