S&F in replacement unserviceable cheminject dozing pump having flow rate 50 Ltr/Hr, Pressure - 10 Kg/cm2 fitted with1/2 HP 440 V AC 1500 RPM Motor and with all accessorries like foot valve, Y strainer, antisiphon valve, suction/discharge tubing etc and where directed including making connections with existing dozing line and testing upto the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Make : RMCO or equivalent in Declibac and M/S Sathya Sai Aqua Pura services.

S & F in replacement of old unserviceable PVC agitator motor, 120W, single phase, 220 V AC, 50 Hz, 6 pole, 960 RPM where directed and testing upto the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed. Make : RMCO or equivalent in Declibac and M/S Sathya Sai Aqua Pura services.

S & F in replacement of foot valve with strainer suitable for existing chlorination dozing system, complete all as specified and directed. Make : RMCO or equivalent in Declibac and M/S Sathya Sai Aqua Pura services.

S & F injector check valve for dosing pump as per existing sample for fixing to injector pump and testing complete all as specified and directed. Make :RMCO or equivalent in Declibac and M/S Sathya Sai Aqua Pura services.

Supply & fix Orthotolidine (OT) for testing of free and combined chlorine level contained in water packing in 500 ml bottle (Yellow in colour), complete all as specified and directed. Make: RMCO or equivalent in Declibac and M/S Sathya Sai Aqua Pura services.

S & F in replacement of old unserviceable PVC non return valve 15mm dia for dosing pump (both side male thread) where directed and testing complete all as directed. Make: RMCO or equivalent in Declibac and M/S Sathya Sai Aqua Pura services.

S & F in replacement of existing unserviceable water pressure gauge 7-10kg x 100mm dia including provision of suitable size of on/off valve and testing, complete all as specified and directed. Make: RMCO or equivalent in Declibac and M/S Sathya Sai Aqua Pura services.

S&F in replacement 25 mm dia ball brass valve, high pressure with polythene float and fly nut, screwed down for iron pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement 150 mm bore cast iron sluice valve with brass spindle & CI wheel, flanged ends, class PN 1.6 conforming to IS-14846, heavy duty, ISI marked with including jointing material such as rubber/fibre board gasket, suitable size bolts, nuts and twin washers, including provision of suitable size of adapter of pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F chlorine test kit with coloured sample complete with all testing fitment and OT solution in rexine finish box, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for provision of funnel for pouring of manual chlorine system on existing CI/DI 150mm dia main pipe line by cutting/welding and provision of GI pipe not less than 25mm dia, brass ball valve and funnel of suitable size, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for repair to existing defective chemical dozing pump 20 Ltr/hr including re-winding, varnishing and replacement of spares if any for smooth operation of dozing pump and connection with existing dozing pump in parallel operation, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Cost of 20mm dia PVC pipe line and stop valve required at site shall be deemed included in the quoted rate of contractor.

M & L for lifting and lowering of submersible pumping set of any capacity by using required T & P /Tripod/Chain pulley and disconnecting /connecting of electrical connections, complete all as specified and as directed. Note. Testing of pumping set shall also be carried out by the contractor after fixing of pumping set upto the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for rewinding of complete submersible motor of capacity 25/30HP with the existing gauge of copper winding wire with same insulation including varnishing, replacement of bearings and other accessories required at site, complete all as per standard norms and testing upto the entire satisfaction of Engr in-charge. Note:- Contractor shall give in writing gurantee for re-winding of motor for one year from the date of installation

S & F in replacement of Power contactors 4 pole AC & DC circuit conforming to IEC and current rating 60Amps, AC-1 rating including making necessary electrical connections and testing, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of knob (stroke) suitable for Electromagnetic dosing pump, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of Suction /Discharge tubing of suitable dia and 3 mtrs long of existing Electromagnetic dosing pump including replacement of suitable size of adapters required in both the ends for fixing, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement of PTFE/ ceramic ball suitable for dosing pump, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of old unserviceable panel inbuilt fully automatic star delta starter assembly complete suitable for 30/35HP submersible pumping set fixed in LT control panel of pump house including replacement of burnt/short circuit wirings and accessories, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC pipe line with filter, fitted from preparation tank to service tank including accessories like valve, push fit, UPVC ball valve, Y stainer etc., complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of PVC Y Strainer for dosing tank suitable for existing chlorination dozing system, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking out sludge/foreign material/silt/vegetation/mud from overhead tank of capacity 50000 Gallons at Pump House No 2 (Near MES Colony), dewatering of the tank by employing suitable M&L and pump sets, cleaning the walls of tank with blade/scrapper/wire brush by applying disinfectant and by using bleaching powder, antibacterial sodium hypochlorite solution, repairing of cracks, depressions, cavities in the tank with cement mortar in ratio of 1:3 duly mixed with liquid water proofing admixture @ 3Kg/Sqm in the cement mixture. One coat of lime wash on inner walls of the tank after preparation of the surface of walls, removal of the sludge, silt and foreign material to a distance not exceeding 500metres and depositing where directed, writing the date of cleaning with synthetic enamel paint in capital letters of 80mm stencil, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement 100 mm bore cast iron sluice valve with brass spindle & CI wheel, flanged ends, class PN 1.6 conforming to IS-14846, heavy duty, ISI marked with including jointing material such as rubber/fibre board gasket, suitable size bolts, nuts and twin washers, including provision of suitable size of adapter of pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of old unserviceable NRV non return sluice valve of size 150mm dia and PN 1.6 and including provision of suitable size of adapter of pipe made of CI/DI/GI pipes with double flange ends etc, matching with existing pipe line, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement MCCB triple pole 125 Amps, 25 KA, Ics = 100% of Icu at 415 volts, with thermal magnetic trip and earth link connectors in LT control panel board where directed and making necessary electrical connections, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of 170 Ltrs capacity FRP solution cum preparation cum settling tank fitted with 960 rpm motor and PVC agitator including 100 Ltrs capacity service tank with all accessorries like lid, port hole, inlet /outlet/drain connection, level gauge, sludge collection facility etc and colour yellow and where directed including making connections with existing dozing line and testing upto the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge, complete all as specified and directed.
