Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (Below or above ground level) complete all as specified and direceted.

Demolition of brick work/stonework/pre cast concrete blocks built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles etc of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick, cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of floor etc incl ramming/tamping and finishing top surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 80mm thick machine pressed glossy finish precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size & Colour M-40 grade with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 incl 50mm thick sand filling below interlocking paver block including watering and consolidationcomplete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for refixing old paver block any thickness including levelling interlocking at sides and temping by using wooden mallet over sand cushioning complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, in win- dow or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry),string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone walling). corbels, brackets etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throat- ing etc. and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells cesspits manholes pier holes etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m depth in soft / loose soil etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Cement concrete type D-2(1:4:8) (40 mm graded stone aggregates in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Cement concrete type C-2(1:3:6) (40 mm graded stone aggregates in foundations,benching, filling and mass concrete for hume pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (20 mm graded aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directedcomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Reinforced cement concrete M-25 in Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Reinforced cement concrete M-25 in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batterr for flat and Rough finished sur faces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth/roof beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter for flat and Rough finished sur faces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia as in stirrups, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F for Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, 600 mm dia laid and jointed complete with collars,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

S&F for Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, 450 mm dia laid and jointed complete with collars,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

S&F, PVC (SWR) pipes 75 mm bore single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed in walls for weep holes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting to new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement extra complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for preparation new surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint including Priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant complete all as specified

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Extra for forming fair finished drain orchannel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm ditto.

S&F in repairs, SFRC perforated drain cover of size 900mm x 450mm x 70mm thick srounded with steel strip 70 x 1.5 mm Reinforced as per manufacturer's design in Manufactured proccess laid over existing drain complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes: - (i) Make of SFRC Manhole/drain cover and frame : (a) M/s PS Concrete. (b) M/s KK Manhole. Or equivalent as approved by GE. (ii) Contractor shall provide PV alongwith manufacturer test certificate of SFRC cover.

S & F framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165

M&L for preparation of old painted concrete kerb stone, brickwork and plastered surface of any description, over 10 cm width or girth and apply one coats of synthetic enamel paint in required colour/shade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Machine cut cudappah stone slab 20-25mm thick including cutting and fixing over 15mm thick cement screed base in CM 1:4, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete complete all as specified and as directed.

Schedule of credit amount of Rs 57,960.00 to be deducted during AOC
