For Sub Structure

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:3:6/ M-10 with minimum cement content 220 Kg/Cum (1 cement, 3 crushed sand, 6 graded stone aggregate of maximum size 20 mm) including consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specificationsand drawings but excluding the cost of Form work shuttering, centering Complete at all levels

Providing and laying in position Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) of grade M-30 using 20mm maximum size aggregates and crushed sand of approved quality including admixtures of approved brand and quality (plasticiser or super plasticiser) if required, including weigh batching, mechanical mixing, transporting, placing, vibrating, consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement complete as per specifications. Note: i) For all the items, of item no. 4 - in view of limit on water-cement ratio for durability requirements, concrete admixtures (Naphthalene / Melamine based superplasticizers) can be used after taking prior approval of Engineer-in-Charge and the rates quoted for these items shall be inclusive of the cost of admixtures, trial mixes, testing (at site & at approved labs), etc. complete. ii) All projections, fins etc. in the concrete surface formed at the joints in the formwork should be ground & flush and finished at no extra cost. iii) Minimum cement content .

Upto plinth level

Extra for RCC Using Ready Mix Concrete from outside project area including transporting and pumping from approved batching plants .

Providing Reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete at all levels including supplying, preparation of bar bending schedules,cutting, bending, transporting, fixing, tieing in position with 1.6 mm dia soft drawn annealed binding wire all labour charges, cost of cover blocks in specified grade of concrete etc. complete including cost of binding wire as per specifications and drawings. Note: Cover blocks shall be of same grade of concrete

Using TMT bars of specified grades all dia bars. TMT bars to be supplied by the contractor manufactured by approved brands of BARC only Confirming to IS:1786

Providing Structural steel work using angles, channels, joists and other sections, welded and / or bolted in built up sections for trusses , structural steel floors, frame works, monorails and other structures including supplying, cutting, welding, fabricating, hoisting, fixing in position, applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge

Up to and including 300 mm Joists, 350 mm channels, and below sections Using materials manufactured by SAIL/ RINL/ TATA or any other approved brands of BARC confirming to IS 2062. All test reports to be provided along with the supply of the materials.

Providing Structural steel work in M.S Plain Plates and chequrred Plates for Embedded Parts, Trench Covers, Connection plates etc.including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved zinc chromate steel primer etc.including cost of structural steel Plates, welding all labour charges etc. complete as per drawings and specifications. Using materials manufactured by SAIL/ RINL/ TATA or any other approved brands of BARC confirming to IS 2062. All test reports to be provided along with the supply of the materials.

Providing 20 mm thick plastering using Ready mix external plastering compound of approved make for external faces of brickwork / concrete surfaces including preparation of the surface, curing, cleaning scaffolding up to 10 metres height complete.all as per specifications including forming drip moulds wherever necessary and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing G.I. chicken mesh in the junctions of concrete & brick work / masonry or as directed by the Engineer in charge including cutting, fixing with nails in position before plastering complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (only area of the chicken mesh used alone will be measured)

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators,partitions and Curtain wall with extruded built up standard tubular sections / Z Sections and other sections of approved make confirming to IS 733 and IS 1285 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC / neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically whereever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P brass / stainless screws all complete as per architectural drawings and and directions of Engineer-in-charge including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of PVC / neoprene gasket required (fittings, Glazing and panelling shall be paid for separately)

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium tower bolts of size 200 X 12 mm ISI marked of approved make transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc.

Providing Chemical based water proofing of modified acrylic emulsion Polymer and Elasomeric waterproofing coating of "M/s. INDOFIL"- MC-76 or approved equivalent product over terrace slab/ parapet/ side walls etc. at all elevations including polycon based fibrous net complete including cleaning and preparation of surface and testing by ponding water complete with following operations. Notes : 1.Removing of all loose materials by wiremesh and clean entire terrrace with clean water by using water jet wherever required. 2.Open all visible crack by plaster cutting machine in "V" shape. 3. Dilute Indifil binder with water in the Ratio of 1:4 and pour on the bare slab to be treated. 4. Apply Indfofil binder and cement in the ratio of 1:1 and water to obtain paste like consistancy and fill the cracks. 5.Apply Indofil bond coat of INDOFIL binder and cement in the ratio of 1:1 to entire terrace. 6. First coat of INDOFIL binder & cement at the rate of 1.48sq.m per litre of Indofil. 7.Lay polycon based firous net (polester geotextile of minimum 80 GSM) for entire area immediately before drying of first coat to get proper bonding. 8. Apply one more coat of INDOFIL binder & cement above fibre net. 9. Apply 2 coats of INDOFIL- FlexCote -WP @ 2.40 Sq.M per litre with dilution 10% weight of potable water. 10.Test the surface for water tightness.

Providing and fixing double tubular scaffolding system using H- frames with cup lock type on the exterior side upto seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and as approved by the Engineer -in - charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purposes. The payment shall be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding ( This item is for l work upto height of 25mtr and plan area of Scaffolding will be paid only )

Providing, painting, Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic smooth exterior paint on sand face plaster / plain plaster & concrete surfaces with Silicone additives (APEX ULTIMA of Asian paints or equivalent approved make) of required shade over new/old work (Two coats applied @ minimum1.43 ltr / 10 sqm) over and including external cement primer including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Project Engineer. Note: Scraping of old painting and surface preperation are inclusive of this item.

On Plain Plaster surfaces

Grouting of Lean Cement grout mixed with Non Shrink Compound/ polymer in pre fixed nipples with High Pressure Hand Pump( Killick Nixon Pump), removing the nipples after grouting the area and finishing the area with. Mc Fix ST(Manufactured by Mc. Bauchemi)or approved equivalent material complete all as directed by the Project Engineer at site.

Drilling Holes of 12/13mm diameter and fixing Aluminium/ PVC nipples using Mc Fix ST- ready Mix High Strength Mortar. Or approved equivalent.

Grouting (only quantity of Cement used for grouting will be measured and paid.) Contractor shall maintain Log book for consumption of Cement duly approved by Engineer in Charge .

Dismantling old plaster / skirting carefully , raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 100 m lead

Supplying, fabricating, testing, transporting, handling and erecting at required positions and levels metal roofing and canopy roofing including flashings and insulation etc. as per approved drawings and design complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including all consumables comprising of the following: Double skin insulated standing seam roofing system comprising of 0.50 mm thick colour coated / bare Al-Zinc Alloy coated steel 0.50 mm with overall width of 400 to 500mm by seaming for 100% water tightness on outer face and 0.50 mm thick inner linear sheet with galvalume sheet profile and physical material properties as specified. These sheets shall be fixed on specially reinforced polyamide or acetylyte anti friction di electric brackets at every location for permitting unhindered, free sheet movement at all required locations. The profile shall have a special in built drainage joint at side laps to make it fully watertight even in fully submerged condition. It shall have overall depth of 100 mm from horizontal after fixing . The side laps shall be of interlocking type without requirement of any mechanical seamer. Insulation: This shall be comprising of two layers of rockwool insulation each of 50 mm thick with density of 48 kg / Cu. M. Sub Grit (Top Hat) 1.5 mm thick Glavanised steel hat section fixed to main purlins, above first layer of insulation, to support the aluminium sheets. Inner linear sheet of 0.50 mm nominal TCT of physical material properties as specified. Vapour Control layer : The vapour contol layer to reduce the movement of water vapour from inside the building through the roof construction to reduce the risk of condensation shall consists of 3 layer membrane to be laid continuous across its surface shall be fully sealed at laps, perimeters, penetrations to ensure effectiveness & aluminium foil of 0.50mm thick laid over insulation board.

Supplying C.P. Brass Foot operated Valve along with Swan neck Pillar Tap and two Nos. PVC connectors of approx. 0.90 m length each, of approved make and approved sample with necessary approved stainless-steel screw complete as per specifications and as directed by the Project Engineer, including transportation charges and delivery at site work, all taxes as applicable.
