EARTHWORK EXCAVATION for foundation in all soils and sub soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring, strutting and baling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth to the places shown by the departmental officers with initial lead and lift etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Conveyance of excavated earth to 2 km lead ( Earthwork Qty 80%)

Refilling in foundation with filling of excavted earth in layers of not more than 15cm.thick well rammed watered and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with filling sand in layers of not more than 15cm.thick well rammed watered and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement, Four sand and Eight aggregate) using 40mm gauge hand broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick and compacted,etc., complete complying with standard specfication.

Fly ash BRICK WORK in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand) using best quality of second class (chamber burnt ) bricks of size 9"*43/8"*23/4" for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (Masonry projections wherever necessary for obtaining the required elevation shall be done without extra cost.)

Super Structure-Ground floor

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position mild steel/Ribbed tor steel rods for all RCC works including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors, complete complying with standard specfication.upto 16 mm dia

PLASTERING with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand)12mm thick in all floors complying with standard specifications.

PLASTERING with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand)12mm thick in all floors complying with standard specifications.

Fabricating Supply and fixing and position of MS doors with single leave. The door outer frame will be 40x40x6mm MS angle, the shutter frame will be 35x35x6 mm, MS angle intermediate stiffner will be 35x35x6 mm with cross stiffner 25x 25x5 mm flats covered with 18 gauge M.S. sheet with necessary hinges, tower bolts, aldrop length 30mm and hold fast etc., complete with one coat red oxideprimer including fixing .the shutter should be painted with one coat of red oxide primer and transporting to the site etc; the rate is inclusive of dismantling the masonry or making holes in columns beams etc; wherever necessary to the extent required with power drill and redoing the same to the original condition etc; complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Manufacturing,supplying & fixing in position Steel windows glazed with openable shutter frame and shutter frame made out of steel section confirming to IS 7452/ 1990Each openable shutter should not exceed a width of 600 mm to enable easy operation and maintenance . The pan of the shutter to be covered with cold rolled sheet of superior quality and welded with shutter frames . The stiffeners using 18x 5 mm M.S flat @ 0.70 kg/m 3 nos. For each shutter additional diagonal stiffeners of the same M.S flats at four corners of each shutters to suitable length welded to the shutters for holding the CRC sheets firmly

Providing GRANOLYTHIC FLOOR FINISH of following thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement, two sand and four stone jelly) using 10mm and 12mm size hard broken granite stone jelly with hydralic machine pressed polishingetc., as directed by the departmental officers and as per standard specfication in all floors. 25mm thick

WEATHERING COURSE CONCRETE using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be added) over the RCC roof slabs in the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid in a single layer and consolidated to the required designed and finished thickness by beating the concrete with wooden beaters if approved pattern keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water as per standard specification etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of PRESSED TILES of size 23cm * 23cm * 2cm of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to I.S. at 2% by weight of cement used and the top pointed with same mortar mixed with redoxide to the full depth of tiles, complete complying with standard specification. (The rate is inclusive of redoxide and water proofing compound ) and as directed by the departmental officers.

WHITE WASHING TWO COATS using best freshly burnt white shell lime in all floors including cost of lime and other materials, brushes, scafolding charges etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed. The rate is inclusive of cost of gum, best quality of blue powder etc.

The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials and labour, brushes and scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The paint to be used should be got approved by the Executive engineer before use on work.)

Providing flooring with rubber mould interlocking concrete block flooring over sand cushion including ramming before and after laying of concrete block in200kg/cm2 of compressive strenth as per the direction of the dept off etc., complete.

Supply and fixing of M.S.Angle and Grills including one coat of red oxide paint etc. Complete
