Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed

Brickwork with sub class ‘B’ (old size) bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 10 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or cement concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work or cement concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 5 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces of ceiling including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Complete removal of exising treatment of old plastered or unplastered surfaces by brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smooke soot, moulds, moss & effloresent salt and trading oil, greasy spots for prepation of existing surfaces for painting, complete all as specified and directed

Applying 3 mm thick wall care putty on old/ newly plastered surfaces of walls and prepare to receive painting complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whitening primer complete all as specified and as directed.
