Repairing of existing Pump House with 1st class brick work in 1:6 & 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar in sub-structure and super structure respectively, dismantling of existing plaster over damaged/cracked surface, racking of joints of brick masonry, 12mm thick plaster with 1:4 cement coarse sand mortar, repairing of electric fittings, repairing of floor/apron in PCC 1:2:4, supply and fixing of 1mm thick iron sheet panelled door 2nos./window 4nos./ventilator 2nos. shutters and their frame(Angle iron 50x50x6 mm), supply of oxidized iron fittings, 11.50 cm string or drip-coarse in 1:6, painting or varnishing on new iron/wooden work with one priming coat and two coats of approved paint or varnish, white cement in three coats, providing putty 2mm thickness over plastered surface, painting of building with approved make paint as per instructions of Engineer-in-Charge, supply and fixing of 3mm thick plain glass in windows, supply and fixing of 100 mm Dia CI rain water down pipe and all other required works as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including supply of all materials, labours, T&P etc. complete required for proper completion of work.

Construction of pillar girder type structure for rebore tube well as per approved design & drawing by competent authority and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including supply of all materials, labours, T&P etc. complete required for proper completion of work.

Repairing of boundary wall with 1st class brick work in 1:6 & 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar in sub-structure and super structure respectively, dismantling of existing plaster over damaged/cracked surface, racking of joints of brick masonry, 12mm thick plaster with 1:4 cement coarse sand mortar, repairing of MS gates/wicket gates & pillers, provision of barbed iron fencing wire to posts in four rows including supply and fixing of MS iron angle 50x50x6 mm @ 2 m. C/C with 1:2:4 cement coarse sand and 20 mm gauge approved stone ballast, painting or varnishing on new iron/wooden work with one priming coat and two coats of approved paint or varnish, white cement in three coats, providing putty 2mm thickness over plastered surface, painting of building with approved make paint as per instructions of Engineer-in-Charge and all other required works as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including supply of all materials, labours, T&P etc. complete required for proper completion of work.

Construction of 1.5 m high and 115 mm thick boundary wall with 230 mmx230 mm thick pillar made in Brick masonry in 1 cement and 4 coarse sand mortar, the spacing between two pillar should not be more than 3.0 m c/c and the depth of foundation should not be less than 0.60m, with 0.5 m barbed wire fencing at the site of water works as per departmental type design and drawing, and, as per specifications given in the bid document including supply of all materials, labour T&P etc. For proper completion of work as per instructions of Engineer -in -charge.

Plinth raising work with plaster and painting for boundary wall including supply of all materials, labour T&P etc. For proper completion of work as per instructions of Engineer -in -charge.

Supply and fixing of 3.6 m x 1.20 m wide MS gate and 1.2 m wide MS wicket gate including fabrication and supply of steel and construction of boundary wall pillars of size 1.35mx0.23mx0.23m with ornamental brick work 115mm th. around RCC, as per departmental type design and drawing and as per specifications laid down in the bid document, including supply of all material, labour,T&P etc. Required for proper completion of work as per instructions of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of Interlocking pavement Road for approach to water works, as per departmental type design and drawing and as per specifications laid down in the bid document, including supply of all materials , labour, T&P etc. Required for proper completion of work as per instructions of Engineer -in -charge.

Construction of 300x300 mm size drain as per departmental type design & drawing for proper drainage inside the campuses including supply of all materials , labour, T&P etc. Required for proper completion of work as per instructions of Engineer -in -charge.

Provision of 1 KW solar Lighting system with battery of suitable capacity and provision of land escaping and arboriculture in all zone W/W campus including supply of all materials , labour, T&P etc. Required for proper completion of work as per instructions of Engineer -in -charge.
