S & F in repairs / patch work rexine cloth not less than 1.70 mm thick (48" wide) with RM material cost not less than Rs. 250/- and colour matching with existing and pasting with approved adhesive and stitching as required in existing tip up chairs all as approved and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs 12 mm dia anchor fasteners of length 50 mm and making hole as per size of bolt in legs of tip up chairs for fixing rigidly and making good flooring all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for one coat of melamine polishing on old wooden surfaces including necessary preparation of surfaces all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing the existing old disturbed tip up chairs and taking out the damaged wooden runners and grouting with CONBEXTARA GP 2 or equivalent as approved by GE, general purpose for free flow high strength non shrink cementeous grouting material using mechanical agitator all as per manufacturer's instruction including embedding 8 mm dia fastener purpose made anchor bolts and refixing the chairs in position all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for one coat of synthetic enamel painting including preparation of surfaces on steel surfaces of tip up chairs ( for leg portion and hand rails) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for French polishing on wooden surfaces of any description, width or girth including cleaning and preparing the wodden surfaces over a coat of wood filler on old work one or more coats to a glossy finish all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Servicing of chairs such as loose of nut, bolt, screws including missing nut, bolt to be fitted as required and making serviceable all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs Tip up heavy duty chair fixed to floor with suitable adhesive and expansion bolt etc., (anchor fasteners shall be not less than 10 mm dia and length 120 mm.) complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs seat for tip up chairs of density 40 g /Sqcm as specified and as per sample existing (approx size 22" x 22" x 4 " thick ) all as approved and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F for 35 mm thick second class hard wood plain, framed, panelled shutters ( any number of panels), with panels of timber flat on both sides (feather edged), or of veneered particle board medium density, wood particle board with commercial face veneers, etc are provided with stiles and rails as specified in SSR Pt I Section 8, Clause 8.24 (a) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F 30 mm thick second class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc., divided in to squares with plain, chamfered or rounded mitred and rebated sash bars any numbers, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc., for windows and ventilators, etc are provided with stiles and rails as specified in SSR Pt I Section 8, Clause 8.24 (b)complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for UPVC door white including fixed ventilator complete all as per manufacturer's direction and following specifications all as directed:- 1.The profile for costruction of UPVC door will be of overall size 60 x 58 mm with wall thickness 2.7 + or - 0.2 mm extruded sections. 2.The corners shall be plastic welded. 3.The hinge side vertical outer frame shall be reinforced with galvanized channel of wall thickness 1.2 mm. 4. The door shall be fixed to walls using 8 mm dia 80 mm dia MS screws minimium 3 Nos on each side. 5.The top portion of door shall be provided with plain glazing of 6 mm thick fixed to door shutter with UPVC standard beadings of 24.5 x 16 mm of 2 mm thick. 6. The bottom portion of door for 1 m height will be provided with UPVC hollow board not less than 6 mm thick. 7.The door shall be provided with :- (a) Moritise lock of brass size minimum 100mm four lever with two keys as per manufacturer's specification. UPVC Window frame shall be made of material confirming to IS 10151 the window frame shall be made of extruded UPVC section having over all dimension of 65 x 55 having wall thickness 2mm +/- 0.2mm. 2. Corners of frame shall be jointed by MS galvanized brackets mitred and plastic welded. 3. The profiles should be three chamber system which shall provide high insulation properties. 4. Glazing shall be 4mm thick plain glass fixed in frames with appropriate beading as per manufacturer's specification. 5. Suitable locking arrangement shall be provided with each window shutter. S & F in repairs for gypsum board false ceiling 12mm thick fixed with standard GI frame work with GI fixing channels of 16 gauge, main "U" shaped channels @ 1220mm c/c and inter connected cross channels "C" shape spaced at 610mm c/c, the main fixing channels shall be fixed through GI channels suspenders from theroof @1200cc/c, main and inter connected channels shall be fixed through fasteners clips as per manufacturer's instructions, with and including plaster of paris decorative type cornices all around at the junction of wall and ceiling etc all as specified in TD-637 and soffits of false ceiling boards shall be applied with two coats of plastic emulsion paint over a coat of primer all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for modular false ceiling systems in multi level with GRG (Glass reinforced Gypsum ceiling tiles) having micro look teglar edges of 12mm thickness of size 595mm x 595mm GRG ceiling tiles shall have a humidity resistence of upto 95% with NRC level of 0.6 and fixed with suspension system (Grid). The size of the same is 15mm x 32mm. The galvanised iron sheet of thick 0.30mm used in the manufacturing of gird is zinc coated for preventing corrosion. The main runners are hung from the soffit with help of GI wire hanger complete with installation all as manufacturer's instruction and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
