| 1 | Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of 30 HP capacity VRF Outdoor unit consisting of 100% inverter scroll compressor / Twin Rotary compressors, DC fan motor with aero-spiral fan blade, e-pass heat exchanger, safety valves, solenoid valves, receiver, capillary tube, check valve, electronic expansion valve, high pressure switch, low pressure sensor, pressure regulating valve, refrigerant filter, stop valve, accumulator and refnet kits. The Rate shall be inclusive of R-410A refrigerant & oil pre charging, vibration isolators, supports, necessary foundation / pedestal works, elbow duct/cowl piece, suitable power cable from isolator to VRF ODU each module (7.5 RMT) etc including lifting of the ODU, and all work to be executed as per the client's requirements. The unit shall deliver the rated capacity and in confirmation as per IS 18728:2024 and CPWD Specifications and work even at 50°C ambient temperature without tripping. The Indian Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio (ISEER) of the unit shall be as per Energy Conservation and Sustainable Building Code (ECSBC) 2024 as below and complete as per CPWD specification, connections, inter connections etc. as required. (For capacity < 40 kWr ISEER 5.4, Capacity ≥ 40 and < 70 kWr ISEER 5.5, Capacity ≥ 70 kWr ISEER 5.6 for ECSBC Building (WITH MININUM 2 COMPRESSOR IN EACH ODU).
The VRF ODU shall be compatible for BMS integration and the minimum Cooling Capacity required at the following conditions
a. 100% load condition
b. 42 Degree Celsius ambient condition
c. All IDUs are in operating condition
d. Design indoor temperature - Office area: 24 DBT. RH shall not exceed 60%.
The vendor to propose the suitable ODU considering the ambient deration. The VRF data sheet & ISEER data sheet shall be filled and submitted by the Vendor with the proposed VRF ODU capacity. The proposed VRF ODU capacity shall be approved by Client & Consultant before procurement.
