Preparation of existing black top surfaces/ unsurfaced WBM/WMM by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc and sweeping with brooms and dusting/fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove dust,dirt etc and applying tack coat of bitumen VG-10 grade @ 5kg per ten sqm by mechanical sprayer and bituminous premix carpet 30mm thick with 5.5 % binder (consolidated thickness) with 0.41 cubic meter of stone chippings mixed with 21.90 kg of paving bitumen (binder) VG-30 grade rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber all as specified and directedn by Engineer Incharge by using mechanical paver. (Note:- Repair of road carried out in patches)

M&L for premix bitumious macadam with Vg-30 grade and 4% binder content by weight of total mix with paving bitumen, laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (Consolidated thickness 50mm)

M&L for repairs to pot holes any depth n.exc 30 mm and n.exc. 1.00 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud water, scoring sunken surfaces in road etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth making good by applying tack coat with paving bitumen VG-30 grade at the rate of 5 Kg/ Ten Sqm, then putting in bituminous premix with paving bitumen binder VG-30 grade @9.80 Kg/Ten Sqm binded with stone chipping of size 6.3mm @ 0.09 Cum/Ten(including supply of premixed macadam,binder and chippings)well rammed and compacted to required camber and gradient of the surface with 8 to 10 tone power driven roller to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for marking 2.00 mm thick center lin, stop line, dashes, arrows, brackets & similar work on road surfaces as per IRC pattern with thermo plastic paint of approved make & mix with 8% mica sign applicator machine complete & traffic diversion arrangment. (Make-CMS Bombay/Shivalik Prime-Chandigarh/Ritacto-Meerut/SN Industries-Delhi)

M&L for precast cement concrete Kerb stones of PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate set in cement morter 1:4 including rounded or champhered including demolition of existing precast cement concrete block all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting concrete surfaces of any description over 10 cm girth or width , nor othrewise described including preparation for old untreated surfaces and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint (Black/yellow) over a coat of primer complete al as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair solar road stud aluminium alloy body of size not exc. 125X125X20mm, (red colour) with battery Ni-MH-1200 mAh 3volt, LED -6Nos blinking type, backup exc 48hrs all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

S&F in repair Cat eye two way reflective of size 100x100x 20 mm with Aluminium body with reflective panels Amber/Red/White Make- Dark Eye (DA- 972) or 3M/Road Star
