Demolition of lime concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including taking out of old damaged unserviceable tarfelt or membrane of any description and removing of debris from premises and cleaning roof surfaces by brushing etc and washing down with water and removing dirt, dust etc complete to receive roof treatment all as specified and as directed.

Taking out of old unserviceable/damage tarfelt of any description and removing of debris from premises and cleaning roof surfaces by brushing etc and washing down with water and removing dirt, dust etc. complete to receive for roof treatment complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling water tanks capacity exceeding 250litres but not exceeding 1000 Litres and removing to store complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified

Roughening surfaces of old concrete as in roof /floorby picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg per sqm finished fair and smooth complete all as specified & as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Taking down cement plaster from brick or concrete surfaces of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore of steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore of steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified.

Taking down SWR pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, 'T', bends,etc., including removal to store for taking credit (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories), complete all as directed.

Removing plants including roots by dismantling of brickwork/PCC including necessary scaffolding of any type and in any position or location i.e roof , parapet walls near pipes etc and applying acid after removing roots for preventing the re-growth & making good of disturbed portion using PCC 1:2:4 type B0 & 10mm thick cement plaster in CM(1:3), size of disturbed portion not execeeding 150mm X150mm X 200mm complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate in lintels up to 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles throating,and roof padding as directed including necessary from work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 - 1975 specification complete all as specified and as directed (Make : CICO No- 1/SIKA/ACCO PROOF).

Materials and Labour for brick work with fly ash Sub Class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6M mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand (1:1), by weight complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab including parapet comprising with the following course of treatment/ specifications from bottom to top:- (a) Applying bituminous primer @ 0.40 ltrs per sqm over prepared surfaces of roof including parapet surfaces confirming to IS : 3384. (b) One layer of APP based polymeric membranes of approved manufacturers, 3 mm thick, weight not less than 3.6 kg/sqm, reinforced with non woven polyester fabric (weight not less than 160 gms/sqm). Polymeric membrane shall be taken to cover the thickness of slab and shall be finished by a membrane flushing. NOTE :- (i) Laying of APP based membranes shall be done by torch application or as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) Side overlaps shall be minimum 75 mm and the end taps shall be minimum 100 mm and sealing of all overlaps & joints as per manufacturer instruction. (iii) For parapets, membranes shall be taken to a height of minimum 60 Cm and then inserted to the parapet in a groove. The same shall be finished by a membrane flashing. Make of APP Membrane : M/s STP Ltd./M/s Texsa India Ltd./M/s IWL India Ltd. APP membrane shall be laid and tested by the manufacturer deploying their own team under strict supervision. Requisite guarantee certificate from manufacturer along with contractor’s certificate required to be furnished after successfully completion of testing. The submission of both certificate is mandatory before issue of completion certificate. (iv) Curing of slab with ponding test with water shall be done all as directed by engineer-in-charge for 72 hrs and payment will be allowed after satisfactory leak proof test report. (v) The period of guarantee for the roof treatment shall be 8(Eight) years from the certified date of completion and Condition 46 of the GCC(IAFW-2249) shall be deemed to be amended to the extent mentioned above (vi) Entire operation shall be done by the approved manufacturer or their authorized applicator and other materials required under instructions of manufacturer deemed to be included in the unit rate.

M&L for applying two coats of aluminium paints on top of APP membranes @0.125kg/sqm after complete laying of APP based polymeric membrane through authorised applicator complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate as in roof padding in order to maintain proper slope and camber finished the surface to receive screed bed or bedding complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 25 mm thick type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in base of flooring, finished even and rough to receive the top layers all complete as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for Digital Vitrified Ceramic Tiles, , 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 Sq M, conforming to IS 15622, Grade B II on floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match colour over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.MAKE:- (Johnson/Kajaria or equivalent make )

Materials and Labour for, Digital Vitrified Ceramic Tiles, , 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 Sq M, conforming to IS 15622, Grade B II, on vertical surfaces of wall such as dados, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.MAKE:- (Johnson/Kajaria or equivalent make )

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4) mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions 10 mm thick on roof surface for maintained proper slope to receive priming coat for roof treatment all as specified and as directed.Note: - (Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately)

Materials and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:6) on surface other than fair face of brickwork in walls and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for rendering 5mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in walls, complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately)

M&L for rendering 5mm thick cement plaster CM 1:3 as ceiling/chajja on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete ll as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for applying two coats of cement-based paint, white or tinted to new plastered surfaces on walls including priming with alkali resistant priming paint and including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceilings and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.
