Surface Excavation not exc. 30 cm avarage 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/dense soilincluding removing of excavated material outside MD land as per guidelines of BMC complete all as specified and directed.

Hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 Using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing and laying kerb stone , concrete blocks,finished surface even and smooth in position to the requied line level curvature jointed with cement mortar 1:3 including making joints with or with out grooves including making drainage opening where ever requied all as specified and directed..

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in Ground floor & paving n.exc 15cm thickness and removal of debris from site all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth, cement concrete tiles, interocking paver block including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sand filling below interlocking paver block, watering , consolidation and compaction, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block having glossy finish shape and pattern as approved by GE confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35, with grey cement and pigments laid over and compact surface complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old interlocking tiles of any specification carefully and Refixing interlocking paver tiles any thickness/ size incl for 50 mm thick dry sand cushioning(will be paid under respective item) and voids filled with dry and surface compact, including compation, complete all as specified and directed. sand cushioning shall be measured and paid seperately

Demolition of brick work or stone masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles all as specified and directed all as specified and directed..

Material and labour for brick work with sub class "B" bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6), complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4.finished surface even and smooth with out using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) including necessary scaffolding for high raise bldg complete all as specified and as directed

S&F PVC pipe 75 mm dia fixed in any posion including cutting in any length fixed with cement mortar in position all as specified and directed.

M&L for raising /lowering of existing Rain water Drain Chamber upto 300mm of different sizes ranging from 600mm X600mm to 1200mm X1200mm by means of brick work, plastering, painting including mild steel cover of desired design and pattern of mild frame & opening including cutting, welding , erecting,painting and fixed in position as per the direction of Engineer-in - Charge

M&L painting to old surface of concrete , interlocking tile surface to three coats of all weather surfce exterior paint of desired colour and pattern all as per the direction of Engineer -in Charge

M&L for preparation of new concrete surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint of desired colour with primer of one coat for road berms all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide & not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation etc or for manholes, laying of pipe in soft soil and getting out complete all as specified

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling watering & well rammng in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed by EIC

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50 mtr & depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified & diected

M&L for cutting of Road/hardstanding not less than 30 cm in depth and 30 cm in width underneath the road for passing the cable/pipe and making good with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 whete road cutting done to make the road surface fair and level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

S&F 80mm bore medium grade steel tubes galvanized with all fitting including cutting threading connection in new or old position for laid in trenches/wall/ceiling/ floor/ including taking down old pipe complete all as specified and directed .

S&F 50mm bore medium grade steel tubes galvanized with all fitting including cutting threading connection in new or old position for laid in trenches/wall/ceiling/ floor/ , all as specified and directed .

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT under ground cable XLPE insulated and armoured and PVC sheathed 1100 volts grade, heavy duty with multistranded aluminum conductor of size 120 sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches/ducts/ along poles/through pipe under road etc with new aluminum lugs including takind down old cable complete all as specified and directed

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT under ground cable XLPE insulated and armoured and PVC sheathed 1100 volts grade, heavy duty with multistranded aluminum conductor of size 95 sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches/ducts/ along poles/through pipe under road etc with new aluminum lugs including taking down old cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT under ground cable XLPE insulated and armoured and PVC sheathed 1100 volts grade, heavy duty with multistranded aluminum conductor of size 70 sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches/ducts/ along poles/through pipe under road etc with new aluminum lugs including taking down old complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cable jointing STRAIGHT THROUGH JOINT for 1100V grade cable for straight through joint complete with Jointing material (Heat shrinkable)and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armoured, alluminum conductor cable of size 70 to 95 sq mm and all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for cable jointing STRAIGHT THROUGH JOINT for 1100V grade cable for straight through joint complete with Jointing material (Heat shrinkable)and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armoured, alluminum conductor cable of size 120 to 185 sq mm and all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F HDPE pipe of Pressure rating 6kg/cm pipe of 100 mm dia including necessary bends,elbows,Tees etc on cable protection complete all as directed.
