Taking down unserviceable/ serviceable high bay luminaires / Flood light fitting from hanger upto 15 mtr height and complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Serviceable fitting shall be handed over to MES store immediately on disconnection etc and the rate quoted is demmed tobe included for all charges such as transportation etc

Supply and fixing LED Highbay 200W suitable for Hangers / industrial application, integral industrial SMD LED with pressure die-cast aluminium housing, anodised aluminium reflector, complete with all accessories, lumen efficiency > 150 lm/w, CRI > 85%, THD < 15% UL certified. The luminarie should have 5 KV surge protection, PF > 0.95. The manufactures LOGO must be embossed / Engraved in the housing of the luminarie. Manufactures to provide LM80 from source manufacturer and should have adequate testing facilities approved by ministry of science (Govt of India) to provide LM 79 report including hooks etc made of iron, clamps with suitable size and strength complete all as specified and as directed. REPLACEMENT AND REPOSITIONING OF HANGAR MAIN JUNCTION BOXES AND CIRCUIT BREAKERS OUTSIDE BUILDING (P-644, P-452, P-453, P-454) AT NAY GOA UNDER AGE E/M I OF GE (NW) VASCO

Supply and laying under ground LT Cable XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured sheathed 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area 400 Sq mm, 3.5 core, with aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS : 7098( Part-1) along with suitable size aluminium cable lugs, gland if required and jointed in any description complete all as specified.

Supply and fix or laying in trenches GI tubing light grade for road crossing (for cable protection) of 80 mm sizes complete as required all as directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with GI earth plate, electrode, 600x600x6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) filled with common salt and charcoal and connected to GI earth strip 32x 6 mm thick dia by means of GI nuts, bolts, & washers as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Part-I and Connected to earthing test point all as specified and including necessary PCC earth pit chamber of 1:3:6 and chamber cover of 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 with 6mm dia mild steel reinforcement of 10 cm c/c spacing both ways in lieu of CI cover, watering arrangement shall be made with GI pipe light grade of 20mm dia including funnel and protection to earth lead shall be provided with GI pipe light grade 40 mm dia upto 7.5 from the earth plate electrode & refilling of soil with bentonite powder 10kg mixture of Paddy earth, connecting up complete, testing on completion etc including necessary excavation & earth work in any strata and PCC chamber all as specified and directed including demolish existing earth pit taking out old materials.

Excavation in trenches 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc 1.5 Mtr deep in hard/ dense soil getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level for laying UG cable / erection of poles all as specified.

Excavation in trenches 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc 1.5 Mtr deep in soft/ disintegrated rock getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level all as specified.

Excavation in trenches by cutting of road crossing/PCC hard standing, under boundary wall for laying of pipe/cable including making good the existing surface with same finish to match the original finish all as all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick all as specified.

Removing excavated material of soils from site to a distance not exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed not exc 1.5mtr from the starting point.all as specified.

Supplying & Laying in trenches Clear Sand/m- Sand for cushioning under ground cable 8 cm below and 15 cm above complete in level all as specified. Note: Punned thickness only will be measured and paid.

Supplying & Laying precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm in trenches for protect to under ground cable complete all as specified.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning LT panel board suitable for working on 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 volts, AC, 50Hz Outdoor type, cubicle, floor mounted, free standing, dust and vermin proof, air ventilation, factory fabricated made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet duly powder coated and shall be CPRI approved and as approved by GE. The Panel shall have front and rear opening, locking arrangement, bus bar chamber and switch gear compartment, hinged door with rubber gasket, bottom cable entry holes for incoming and out going cables, earthing terminals, affix danger notice plate, aluminum bus bar duly covered with heat shrink sleeves colour coded duly fixed on DMC/SMC insulators, aluminum strip connection from bus bar to outgoing MCCBs and copper conductor cable of adequate size for MCBs, housed in a separate bus bar chamber and control wiring adequate size and length, outgoing MCCBs shall have extended bus bar links and Panel mounted on 50x50x5mm size MS angle iron frame duly painted including PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation design subject to approval of GE as per site requirement.
