Construction of 150.00 (actual 160.00) metres Span Double lane Bridge with footpath over River Beas at Kothipattan on Dharampur Sandhole road via Seoh Langana. at Km 1/200 as per parameter based on Tender Drawing No. Drg. No PW /CE(HZ)/ Kothipattan Bridge /2020-60- TD with clear carriage way of 7.50 (Seven point five zero) overall width 12.00 (Twelve point zero zero) metres double lane with footpath IRC class-A/70-R loading or two lanes of class 'A"whichever governs subject to site conditions loading as per detailed working drawing (GFC) approved by the Engineer. The construction including sub structure, P/F of bearings, superstructure, kerbs, railing, drainage spouts, return wall, dirt wall, approach slab, boulders filling and other ancillary work/ allied work, finishing items complete in all respect and construction of both side approach roads Dharampur/ Seoh side 1200.00 Mtrs.( One thousand two hundred Running Metres) and Jogindernagar/Kothipattan side 290.00 ( Two hundred ninety Running Metres) with Formation cutting 5/7 Metres wide, Cross drainage work, Metalling and Tarring, ( as per Pavement design) R/walls, B/walls, V-shape Drain, Parapets and road sign boards) in all respect conforming to MORTH specfications and all IRC /IS-codes etc . The work will include soil investigation at both the abutments and piers position getting GAD/working drawings acordingly submitting detailed design of the same duly checked by proof consultant and execuation of the bridge alongwith approach slab and approach road on both sides as per MORT & H specification including carriage of material through all mode of transportation within all leads lifts and other incidentials. The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll Tax, sale tax. and Good service Tax (GST)or other taxes imposed by the Govt.
