Operation & Guarding of 3 Nos(225 KW) Vertical turbine pumping machinery at Raw water Pump house out of which 2 Nos Operating at a time, actuator operated butterfly valves, N.R.V.s, Flowmeter, level indicators, including sub-station equipments like 11/0.433 KV sub-stn comprising of 800 Amp 3 Panel VCB, 1250 KVA indoor type oil cooled Transformer, including operation of L.T. PDB control/ distribution panel cum MCC panel, Electrical gadgets and controlling devices of pumps, switching the lighting arrangements in/out side the pump house and guarding the whole installation with accessories. Operation of pumping machinery shall be done as and when required as per direction of EIC. (6 Nos Operator to be engaged)

Periodical lnspection twice in a Month by Electrical Supervisor Having Valid Supervisor Certificate of Competency from directorate of Electricity (Licensing board), govt of West Bengal or under any other state govt. of lndia along with pump technician with supevisor Each Visit should be recorded in the log book(with date and time) to be supplied by the agency and kept in the pump house building The Supervisor requires to have thorough/in-depth instruction of all the electrical & mechanical appliances to ascertain the healthy/Fault free operational condition of each equipment i.e. VT Pump, Valves, Flowmeter etc, also 800 Amp HT VCB, LT PDB Panel having many ACB's and MCCB's within dlfferent relays contactors, timers, SFU, along with in house Lighting system including cleaning of contacts CRC 226 spray in HT & LT panels cleaning of all terminal socket and checking of healthy condition of all drawout feeders .

Day to day maintenance for upkeepment of all electrical & mechanical installation by engaging licensed electrician machanic as and when required by providing all necessary material viz . cotton duster, broom sticks, batteries.log books, carbolic acid, detergent sope, glabs, apron.fuse indicating lamp including all tools tackles, measuring meter etc. required to execute maintenance as well as guarding work .

Testing of all relays viz. earth fault, over load , buchholz . and chacking of mustertrip.trips circuit Supervisor. CT. PT. spring charging system .closing trips coil, ACB. and breaker of L.T. Panel , Di-electric test of transformer oil. APFC Panel, etc. including calibration of Ammeter .Voltmeter by agency approved by Directorate Electricity WBSEDCL/Any Power Generating Unit once in six month and submission of the Test Report to Department in each case.

Operation & Guarding of 6 Nos(75 KW-2 Nos+ 55 KW-2 Nos+15 KW-2 Nos) centrifugal pumping machinery at lifting Pump house out of which, 1 No centrifugal Pump from each Set of pump, 15 KW Pump for back washing when required it's operated, including sub-station equipments like 11/0.433 KV sub-stn comprising of 630 Amp 3 Panel VCB, 400 KVA indoor type oil cooled Transformer, including operation of actuator operated/manually operated Valves, L.T. PDB control/ distribution panel cum MCC panel, Electrical gadgets and controlling devices of pumps, switching the lighting arrangements in/out side the pump house and guarding the whole installation with accessories. Operation of pumping machinery shall be done as and when required as per direction of EIC.(6 Nos Operator to be engaged)
