Dismantling of existing BER Pump set, electric driven, with all electric connection and pump connection and shifting to MES store including unloading, stacking and demolishing old PCC foundation and making good complete all as specified and as directed of following capacities: Note: Cost for transport for shifting motors to MES store yard shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

Centrifugal pump set 40 HP capacity (27.2 WHP)

Centrifugal pump set 30 HP capacity ( 18.13 WHP)

Centrifugal pump set 10 / 7.5 HP capacity

Centrifugal pump set 5 / 3 HP capacity

Removal of existing submersible pump set of 3 phase ,415 V,2830 RPM,50HZ with discharge of 5 LPS at 84 m head ,capacity 10 HP/7.5 KW from the existing bore well (by using any method) of depth up to 150m including flushing out of bore well complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) The quoted rate shall be deemed to include the cost of any T&P or machinery required for carrying out the work. (ii) Cost for transport for shifting motors to MES store yard shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

Supply, install, connecting, testing and commissioning electric motor driven Centrifugal Pump set, Horizontal split case, with suitable suction / delivery of head of 60 meters and discharge of 34 lps (ie 27.2 WHP) coupled with three phase induction motor 415V 1500 RPM 40 HP/30 KW TEFC foot mounted on common base plate duly aligned including suitable MS fabricated common base frame complete with foundation bolt, and connected with inlet as well as delivery pipe with standard arrangement as per manufacturer specification including painting MS common base frame and other steel surfaces with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coats of red oxide primer including accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, connecting, testing and commissioning electric motor driven Centrifugal Pump set, Horizontal split case, with suitable suction / delivery of head of 40 meters and discharge of 34 lps (ie 18.13 WHP) coupled with three phase induction motor 415 Volts, 1500 RPM 30 HP / 22 KW , TEFC foot mounted on common base plate duly aligned including suitable MS fabricated common base frame complete with foundation bolt, and connected with inlet as well as delivery pipe with standard arrangement as per manufacturer specification inducing painting MS common base frame and other steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coats of red oxide primer and including accessories complete all as specified and as directed. Note for Item Nos.3 &4:- (i) The proposed pump set to be mounted on existing PCC platform including necessary breaking & making good the same after mounting foundation bolts suitable for new pump set.If required,foundation size to be increased in all dimensions.No extra cost will be paid to the contractor.

Supply, install, connecting, testing and commissioning of Submersible pump, electric driven 415 V, TP suitable for 200mm dia bore well ( Casing pipe size 200mm) supply and Install complete 5.2 WHP pump with head 78mtr and 5 LPS including two runs of 3 core 415 V copper submersible cable 50 m long and starter (motor capacity 10 HP / 7.5 KW) complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs GI pipe heavy grade GI tubing including necessary fitting such as socket, bend flange nut & bolts etc and making good the disturbed surfaces to match the existing surface all as specified and directed for following sizes:-

(c) Bore of pipe 100mm

(d) Bore of 80mm pipe

(e) Bore of 65mm pipe

S&F CI sluice valve PN 1.6 double flanged and drilled, heavy duty with Stainless steel spindle cast iron wheel including necessary joining material, nuts, bolts & washers with rubber insertion/ packing on both ends fixed in repairs for the following complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below the ground level with top to edge of the plate n. less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to galvanized earth strip 32x6 mm dia by means of blots, nuts, check nut and washer of galvanized steel, including necessary earth work and excavation in any strata and PCC 1:3:6 type C2 chamber and RCC cover and medium grade GI pipe 40mm dia pipe of required length for protection of GI strip and water funnel and wire mesh with GI pipe medium grade 20mm dia etc complete all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR part - I and all directed including connections and testing on completion. Note: GI strip 32 x 6 mm up to 7.5m height is deemed to be included under quoted rate

Supply and fix GI strip 32mm x 6mm buried in ground or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for electrical rubber chequered mat, size 2 m x 1 m x 19 mm complete all as specified and as directed.
