Supply, Installation, testing and Commissioning, CPRI approved cubical type LT Panel floor mounted out door type for 415V, 3 phase 4 wire system 50 Hz AC supply with Copper bus bar duly colour codedof suitable size, for neutral supported with DMC/SMC insulators colour coded with heat shrinkable sleeve having short circuit current with stand minimum 21 KA for one second complete connection from bus bar to breakers with suitable copper cable , factory made fabricated with CRCA sheet totally enclosed, dust weather and vermin proof for outer shell and 2 mm thick for inner shell having TPN copper bus bar rating 1.5 times that of controlling MCCB supported on SMC insulator with short circuit withstand capacity 35 MVA for 1 second, bottom base channel MS section not less than 100mm x 50mm x 5 mm thick, entire panel shall have a common copper earth bar of size 25mm x 5mm at the rear with 2 Nos earth stud, solid connection from main bus bar to switchgears with required size of copper wiring with minimum 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable , cable alleys, cable gland plates in two half , general construction confirming to IS-8623/93 and mounted on suitable PCC foundation for the complete panel base with follwoing detailed specification & control including dismantling of old LT panel and removing from site, complete with suitable fixing accessories at TACDE Bison Hangar The panel board shall be fabricated from the reputed CPRI approved firm and shall be suitable to accommodate the following complete all as specified and directed :-

OUTER SHELL :- The outer shell shall be made of 3.0 mm thick CRCA body & MS angle section 50x50x6 mm frame with front & back openable, single door system lockable/ openable by keys from both sides having flush pattern fancy locks with louvers & air vent gasket for natural flow of air. The bottom of the outer shell contains a detachable plate having provision for entry of armoured cable of adequite size of glands. The dimension of the outer shell should be adequate to accommodate inner shell described below figing 50 mm space all around and shall be fabricated in such a way that the complete inner shell alongwith its control gears and accessories should be taken outside without disturbing outer sheel. The outer shell shall be mounted on a zinc metal coated stand. Provision of threaded earthing studs at bottom and lifting lugs of suitable size at top to lift the feeder pillar box safely shall be made. Computer cut self adhesive vinyl danger notice plate having conventional symbol of bone and skull shall be provided. The degree of protection of outer shell shall be IP-54.

INNER SHELL :- Inner shell shall be made of 2.0 mm thick CRCA body compartmentalized for each control gear, front openable single door system lockable/openable by keys from both sides having chromium plated fancy locks (2 Nos in each compartment) having louvers and air vents gasket for natural flow of air "U' type gasket shall be used to make the inner shell completely vermin proof and to accommodate incomer/outgoing MCCB's and TPN copper bus bar and extension links of rating not less than the 1.5 times rated capacity of the respective MCCB's. The TPN bus bar and extension links shall be insulated with colour coated heat, shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on suitable size 'F' class through out the length of the TPN bus bar. Computer cut self adhesive vinyl danger notice plate having conventional symbol of bone and skull shall be provided on bus bar chamber. All control wires shall be with not less than 1.5 Sqmm multistranded copper conductor FRLSH and shall be properly bunched. tied, ferruled for proper identification and crimped with adequite size of lugs. The cubical shall have a bottom channel of size 75x50mm duly coated with zinc metal coating. A detachable predrilled gland plate of thickness 3.15 mm zinc metal coated should be used at the bottom, indicating lamps LED type, 230 Volt, AC at the incomer of the unit to show three phase availability at the incomer. An inspection lamp with 11 Watt CFL shall be fitted on top side of inner shell. The degree of protection for inner shell shall be IP-42 and carry the following controls. :-

Removing of surplus excavated soil not exceeding 50 M distance and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

S&F HDPE DWC flexible pipe of Size 50mm external & 38 mm internal dia (ISI marked) including required clamps/couplers to be fix at 1.5 mtr interval on wall to fix the pipe properly and smooth suitable for insulation & protection of GI /copper /aluminium strip of any size complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 16 here-in-before but DWC flexible pipe of Size 63 mm external & 50 mm internal diameter.

M&L for carrying out a quarterly energy audit, which includes a detailed audit report as per the format given by the Engineer in charge with the qualified technician as described below for the complete LT distribution system from Transformer LT panel to Distribution board inside the building complete all as specified and as directed for the following location. The energy audit shall comprise of the following. i) Recording of insulation resistance values and EN voltage values of all the connected cables from the main LT panel at the substation to distribution boards with a calibrated digital or analog insulation resistance meter. ii) Recording of voltage and currents in all phases and recording the values, including balancing of loads if required for attaining the EN Voltage below 2 Volts. ii) Recording of Earthing values in the specified format with a calibrated earth resistance meter, digital or analog and tightening of bolts and nuts, and proper aligning of earth strip. iii) Tighten the loose contacts of all ACBs/MCCBs/MCBs inside the panel and Distribution boards and record voltage and current values with calibrated testers. iv) Complete report as per the format provided for each location.

Labour only for fault finding at any location round the clock inside technical area with locating the fault inside the cable with a cable fault locator and rectifying the fault, testing and commissioning after completion of the job. Note:- 1. Necessary labour, T&P required for completion of the job is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. 2. Necessary Cable jointing kit, excavation, return refilling only shall be paid separately under relevant items. 3. Contractor has to mobilize necessary labour, T&P, material for fixing and rectifying the fault within 12 hours of receiving the complaint which is raised by Engr-in-charge/JE (E/M) either in writing or verabal. If the contractor doest not respond to the various calls, a penalty @ 500.00 for two hours after 12 hours shall be recovered.

Cutting & removing of grass/shrubs/plants/bushes/Trimming of tree stems, etc, around the pole / LT panels / earthing pits/ Sub Station Building or any other location, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The Contractor has to deploy the labour with the necessary tools as and when required.

Supply and lay Shingle or gravel 50mm size near LT Panels, Substations, or at any directed location, for protection against step and touch potentials. Fire protection and weed control all around the LT panel area complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay Bricks; common burnt clay building bricks, sub-class ‘A’ designation 75 all as specified and as directed for protection against step and touch potentials. Fire protection and weed control all around the LT panel area complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand cushioning and spreading clean, dry, fine river sand for LT panel base over which gravel is to be placed, including gentle punning and consolidating around, complete all as specified and directed for protection against step and touch potentials. Fire protection and weed control all around the LT panel area complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Only punned down thickness shall be measured for payment).

M & L in repair for earth pit of internal size 300mmx300mmx300mm with wall thickness 100mm casting at site with and including PCC base 500X 500X100mm made of PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) with 40 x 40 x 6mm mild steel angle iron frame for cover, pre cast 40mm thick RCC cover of (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 3 Nos both way with 12mm dia MS round bar handle etc. including removal of old broken unserviceable earth pit from site complete all as specified & directed.

M & L in repair for earth pit cover, pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 320mm x 320mm x 40mm thick, cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 3 Nos both way with 12mm dia MS round bar handle with and including necessary form work complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for marker fabricated with 14 gauge MS sheet of size 300 mm x 180 mm rectangular with 20 mm square hollow bar 60 cm long, duly painted of colour as directed for writing ER value, date of testing, and due date for testing, Earth pit No etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Required PCC work with sufficient digging to support & fix the marker is included in this item.

M&L for earth testing and recording the earthing values of copper/GI/Chemical and Maintenance free earthing after disconnecting the strips from the test point terminal from the earthing pit in the presence of JE/User / Engr-in-charge with an approved earth resistance tester complete all as directed. Note: 1. The cost of Earth tester duly calibrated along with labor and Register is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of LT steel tubular pole/strut, of any description and in any position 9.00/8.50 Mtr height and scrapping of pole with emery paper and applying one coat of aluminium paint on all the metallic surfaces including protection pipe, cross arms, clamps, GI pipe bracket of street/security light, anti climbing devices etc and providing three Nos radium band strips complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair PVC insulated and PVC sheathed twin core Aluminium conductor of size 10 Sqmm for connecting from bus bar box to street light fittings/ OH line to street light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair MCCB, 4 pole, 630 Amps current rating and ultimate breaking capacity Icu = 36 KA with adjustable overload setting and having thermal magnetic release and to be fixed in distribution board, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, connecting and testing in replacement integral LED High bay light luminaries at any height of building/Hangar ranging from 3m to 16 m, 100 watts, with secondary optics made in pressure die cast housing and heat sink in aluminium extrusion with IP66 with mounting bracket and all accessories and connecting the same to electric source with using copper conductor 1.5 Sq mm PVC insulated flexible three core cable, including all accessories and fixing the light fitting to walls/ ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, connecting and testing in replacement integral LED High bay light luminaries at any height of building/Hangar ranging from 3m to 16 m, 150 watts, with secondary optics made in pressure die cast housing and heat sink in aluminium extrusion with IP66 with mounting bracket and all accessories and connecting the same to electric source with using copper conductor 1.5 Sq mm PVC insulated flexible three core cable, including all accessories and fixing the light fitting to walls/ ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed. Note for item no 40 to 44:- The cost of taking down the old unserviceable lamp fitting is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for dismantling of air circuit breaker of capacity of 800 Amps to 1250 Amps of any pole/make/model from the panel, checking, servicing, cleaning of breaker with CRC-226, removal of old grease and re-greasing with recommended grease, checking the condition of moving and fixed contacts, checking the tripping mechanism, tripping of ACB manually through voltmetric release, adjust freeness of DN and volt metric release trip rod, checking the proper tightening of hardware, checking the presence of all circlips, alignment of jaw contact with cradle terminals, checking the condition of ACB wiring, adjusting the gap between hylem sheet and side plate, checking the condition of arc chutes, under voltage relay, shunt release, auxiliary contact, checking the release by secondary injection for O/L, S/C, E/F, setting of release as per the load, Checking the healthiness of the CTs, complete all as specified and directed.
