Annexure-I Detail survey including preparation of schedule of material, marking of location ( route length) GPS survey of line with cordinates of each tower ( the length of line shall be authenticate by GPS survey.

Check Survey and final peg marking ( route length)

Cost of excavation of 220 KV tower foundation pits including all earth work, back filling and leveling etc.

Setting of stubs including all foundation work but excluding the cost of concreting and excavation for 220 KV DC towers.

Cost of concreting for all types of 220 KV towers foundation including cost of cement, Dewatering, shoring and shutering, forming, curing but excluding cost of reinforcement bars with ratio 1:2:4 mix concrete. PCC/RCC

Erection of super structures of 220 KV DC tower and their extension where ever required including all works above ground level excluding hoisting of insulator, hardware and accessories but including fitting of danger, number, phase plate, bird gard and fixing and punching.

Tack welding of all the bolts to the height of one section of the towers or 5 meters from gound level which ever is higher with 3 tacks at 1200 seperation of minimum 10 mm thickness with 10/12 mm electrode and application of zinc rich alluminium paints on the affected surface including cost of all materials.

Laying, stringing, tensioning, clamping, jointing etc. of ACSR Zebra conductor including hoisting of insulators, fitting of all necessary hardware and accessories. Fitting armour rods, vibration damper etc on all three phases of 220 KV line.

Laying, stringing, tensioning, clamping, jointing etc. of 7/9 SWG ground wire including fitting of all necessary hardware and accessories on 220 KV lines.

Grounding work including earthwork etc for pipe type grounding, including cost of Coke and salt.

Installation of steel re-inforcement bars in RCC foundation including cost of steel re-informent bars with cutting. bending, placing, binding etc.

Back Stay for dismantling of conductor & clamping of conductor on suspension tower for avoid of tower damage.

Making of all phase jumper between 220 KV Azamgarh-Jaunpur S/C line & 220 KV Azamgrah-Harhua S/C line (Distance approx. 35 mtr.) including fixing of 03 Nos. ALP Structure & Post insulator with the help of chequre plate for support of conductor. Carriage of associated material from 132 KV S/S Mariyahu to work site at Azamgarh at Tower No. 44 (Distance appox. 120 Km.). Watch & Ward work for 08 days & return back of material after completion of work.

Destringing of ACSR Zebra conductor including removal of all hardware and fittings, Insulator and Rolling of Conductor all phase.

Destringing of earthwire including removal of all hardware and fittings and Rolling of E/W.

Dismantling of 220 KV S/C A type 02 No. towers by de-tack welding of nuts and bolts and thereafter weighing.

Transportation of dismantled material material including shifting up to Loading point and loading in to vehicle Transportation and un loading at 220 KV S/S Jaunpur store approx. 80 Km.
