M&L for commissioning, installation and testing of maintenance free UL approved chemical earthing with copper earth plate electrode 90cm x 60cm x 5 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 4.2 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 3 metre below normal ground level, earth plate covered with LHOM Earth enhancing chemical compound (Bentonite powder) all around the plate upto 30 cm and electrode connections by using copper strip of 32x6 mm as earthing lead (upto the test point) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and thimbles and protected by light grade 80mm dia GI pipe filled with earth enhancing chemical compound connected to main switch board or main control board including RCC pit cover and PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates), including excavation and earth work in any type of soil , returning , filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I including removing normal earthing complete all as specified and as directed

S&F copper strip of size 20 x 3.15 mm on PVC/porcelain insulator at suitable distance with saddeles and fixing screw etc for roof/Wall conductors and down conductors above ground all joints of copper strip should be brazed properly complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for copper brazing for copper strips of various sizes laying on wall /roof etc with the help welding machine and skilled tradesmen by using welding rod etc by taking safety precaustions during brazing as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge / Users complete all as specified and as directed

S&F procelin cleat with the help of nut,bolts clamps etc to fix the strips of various size and types to separate from ground and wall as directed at site by Engr in charge complete all as specified

M&L for PVC conduit heavy duty of 40 mm dia size for the protection of the earthing strip on wall/roof with the help nuts ,bolts clamps, PCC work etc as directed at site by Engr in charge

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre depth below normal ground level) with top edge of plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides, connected to galvanized earth wire 04 mm dia with and including bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and riveted to earth plate and one end and connecting to main switch board or metallic bodies of HT/LT equipments etc at the other end, GI wire encased in and including 15 mm bore GI light grade pipe with all fittings, from top of electrode to body of equipment fixed with and including flatiron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI light grade and including funnel, wire mesh, copper lugs etc from bottom of earth pit to top of electrode complete with earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate and CI cover complete all specified and shown in electrical plate No 03 of SSR Pt-I connecting earth electrode to test point with and including earthing lead including neessary excavation and earthwork in any type of soil, returning, filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m, material and labour complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Notes 1. The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for all the above provisions. 2. PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 m away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting maner) .

M&L for Earthing to Panel / equipments / panels etc with & including galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides, connected to & including galvanized mild steel strip 32x6 mm as earth strip including nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers of galvanized iron or steel and riveted/welded to earth plate at one end and other end of strip connected to Panel / equipment body / test point with two Nos nuts bolts or welding with steel structure, GI earth strip encased in and including 40mm bore GI light grade pipe with all fittings from upper edges of earth plate upto 7.5 metre above ground level fixed with and including 25x3mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from earth pit to top of electrode and including funnel, wire mesh, copper lugs etc complete with earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and 40mm thick RCC (1:2:4 type B1) cover complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including necessary excavation and earthwork in any type of soil, returning, filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m complete all as specified and as directed. Note : GI strip and protection pipes 40 mm GI light grade up to 7.5 metre is included in unit rate and beyond that the same will be measured separately and complition after earthing testing below 2.5 ohm.

S&F air termination single pointed aluminium rod, single pointed at top and properly threaded at bottom end 300 mm long, 12 mm dia complete all as specified and directed

S&F earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead 25x3 mm aluminium strip laid in pipe/ fixed on wall or any other position incuding jointing by nuts bolts and washers in addition to brazing at every joint complete all as specified and directed.
