Note 1 : (Applicable for all parts/items) : The bidders/contractors are advised to readtender documents & all corrigendum/ammendments and general condition of contracts before entry/quoting thier rates. Note 2 : Site will be made available in piecemeal manner as per availability. After handing over of any quarter, all the works i.e. (demolition, reconstruction of RCC slab, tiling, fixing of window, door, kitchen cabinet with fittings, wall tilling, sink and mixer etc.) to be completed within 3 weeks/21 days from handing over of Qtr. Multiple quarters may also be available for the work at same time. Period of completion of work has been given considering the above aspects. Hence extension of time shall not be given on this account.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete(reinforcement cut as required to facilate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. and finished rough surfaces of concrete flat, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over (not less than Fe 500D), cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC (Nominal mix) (1:1.5:3) type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregrate) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of bricks work or stone/boulder masonary, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete aritcles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, old size, burnt clay bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiles including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and remvoing rubbish off the premishes, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement of match the surfaces over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350 x 250 x 7mm/450 x 300 x 7-8mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting or dados etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 14-16mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) not exc. 1.5 Sqm each., complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down 15mm bore steel water tubing and connection from wall /ceiling surfaces including cleaning for re-fixing or removing from site of work, complete all as specified and directed.

Note: (i) Two runs of single core cable with one run of earth continuity conductor including PVC conduit shall be measured and paid as one length. (ii) Cutting chases for conduit, sinking of boxes and making good to wall floors etc shall deemed to be including in the unit quoted rate.

Note: An amount of Rs.29,860.00 on account of Credit Schedule for schedule 'A' part - II shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
