Note : (i) Spare parts shall be measured and paid seperately as "Supply only" under respective items of schdule 'A'. (iii) The tenderer shall produce qualification and experiance cerificate of the mechanic to the Engineer-in-charge and approved personnel only will be allowed to carried out the maintenance. (vii) Cleaning of engine tightening of all nut, bolt, washer and unusual vibration. M&L for carrying out regular checking and maintanance of following Diesel Generating Sets including connected alternator and control panels, and carrying out routine 'A' check of the set complete for smooth functioning all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed. NOTES :- (i) Servicing of DG set alongwith connected alternator attached and control panel including 'A' check of the Engine shall be carried out at regular intervels as specified and as directed and the contractor shall carry out periodical inspections during the maintenenace period and he shall be fully responsible for the smooth functioning of the DG set. (ii) Control switches such as MCCB, Main switch, contactors and multi display meter shall be out of scope of the item of work and the rate quoted shall exlusive of servicing/ maintenance of the above said fittings.

(iii) Spare parts required for replacement during the maintenance period shall be measured and paid separately at 'supply only' rates and cost of labour for fixing these spares shall be deemed to be inluded in the rate quoted. (iv) Cost of all consumables required during the maintenance period shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted.
